It appears that the Maricopa County Sheriff's department has determined there is PROBABLE CAUSE to believe the long form birth certificate of "Barack Obama" released by the White House is a forgery. Police also believe that Obama's Selective Service card is a "poor forgery". Dr. Jerome Corsi is reporting that he spoke with Andrew Breitbart yesterday around 5pm and arranged an interview for him with Sheriff Arpaio. Corsi says it may have been Breitbart's last interview.

Andrew Breitbart died unexpectedly shortly after midnight this morning on this auspicious day.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio is one of America's most respected lawmen, but the Associated Press is attacking him over this as we expected since the Associated Press has been caught lying and distorting the truth on numerous occasions.

They are elevating their investigation now to a CRIMINAL PROBE and calling for Congress to launch a congressional investigation.

Sheriff Arpaio: Obama birth certificate a ‘forgery’

PHOENIX — Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said Thursday he suspects the birth certificate President Obama released last year is a forgery — and also raised questions about the authenticity of the president’s selective service card.

“Based on all of the evidence presented and investigated, I cannot in good faith report to you that these documents are authentic,” Sheriff Arpaio said. “My investigators believe that the long-form birth certificate was manufactured electronically and that it did not originate in paper format as claimed by the White House.”

Sheriff Arpaio said at least two crimes could have been committed in his view through the forgery. He said he is not accusing Mr. Obama of crimes, but said “there remain a lot of questions which beg for answers.”

He released a 10-page report detailing what his investigators said were “inconsistencies” in the text characters of the birth certificate image the White House released, and also questioned details of the computer file itself.

Some of those claims had earlier been raised on the Internet as well, and the White House has rejected them.

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

It released the long-form certificate last year after repeated questions were raised by conservative activists and conspiracy-theory websites questioning the authenticity of the short-form certificate Mr. Obama released during the 2008 campaign.

The Justice Department has accused Sheriff Arpaio of civil rights abuses, but he said he began his investigation in August 2011 after tea party members from Surprise, Ariz., a town within Maricopa County, signed a petition challenging the certificate.

Sheriff Arpaio detailed former law enforcement officers who constitute what he called his “cold case posse” to do the investigation. He said no taxpayer dollars were spent.

He was joined in his press conference by Jerome Corsi, an author who has been critical of Mr. Obama. He was also one of those who took a critical look at Sen. John Kerry’s military service during his 2004 presidential bid.

Sheriff Arpaio said he went into the investigation with an open mind, and would have been happy to clear Mr. Obama.

Arizona sheriff probes Obama's birth certificate

PHOENIX (AP) — America's self-proclaimed toughest sheriff finds himself entangled these days in his own thorny legal troubles: a federal grand jury probe over alleged abuse of power, Justice Department accusations of racial profiling and revelations that his department didn't adequately investigate hundreds of Arizona sex-crime cases.

Rather than seek cover, though, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is seeking to grab the spotlight in the same unorthodox fashion that has helped boost his career as a nationally known lawman.

Arpaio scheduled a news conference Thursday to unveil preliminary results of an investigation, conducted by members of his volunteer cold-case posse, into the authenticity of President Barack Obama's birth certificate, a controversy that has been widely debunked but which remains alive in the eyes of some conservatives. Last year, Donald Trump most prominently revived the issue while entertaining a possible bid for the presidency.

The 79-year-old Republican sheriff has declined to offer clues to what the probe may have found — but defends his need to spearhead such an investigation after nearly 250 people connected to an Arizona tea party group requested one last summer.

"I'm not going after Obama," said Arpaio, who has criticized the president's administration for cutting off his federal immigration powers and conducting a civil rights investigation of his office. "I'm just doing my job."

Some critics suggest Arpaio's aim is to divert attention from his own legal troubles while raising his political profile as he seeks a sixth term this year. The sheriff vehemently denies such strategies are in play.

"You say I need this to get elected? Are you kidding me? I've been elected five times. I don't need this," he said in a recent interview.

Democratic state Sen. Steve Gallardo said Arpaio is pandering to relentless critics of the president.

"It doesn't matter what President Obama does, they'll never support him," Gallardo said. "It's those folks who will continue to write checks to Sheriff Joe because of this stuff."

Arpaio's probe comes amid a federal grand jury investigation into the sheriff's office on criminal abuse-of-power allegations since at least December 2009, focusing on the sheriff's anti-public corruption squad. Separately, the U.S. Justice Department has accused Arpaio's office of racially profiling Latinos, basing immigration enforcement on racially charged citizen complaints and punishing Hispanic jail inmates for speaking Spanish. Arpaio denies the allegations and said the investigation is politically motivated.

Critics also have sought Arpaio's resignation for more than 400 sex-crimes cases over a three-year period ending in 2007 that were either inadequately investigated or weren't investigated at all by the sheriff's office after the crimes were reported. The sheriff's office said the backlog was cleared up after the problem was brought to Arpaio's attention.

Speculation about Obama's birthplace has swirled among conservatives for years. "Birthers" maintain that Obama is ineligible to hold the country's highest elected office because, they contend, he was born in Kenya, his father's homeland. Some contend Obama's birth certificate must be a fake.

Hawaii officials have repeatedly confirmed Obama's citizenship, and Obama released a copy of his long-form birth certificate in April in an attempt to quell citizenship questions. Courts also have rebuffed lawsuits over the issue. Of late, the president's re-election campaign has poked fun at it, selling coffee cups with a picture of the president's birth record.

Arpaio has said he took deliberate steps to avoid the appearance that his investigation is politically motivated. Instead of using taxpayer money, the sheriff armed it out to lawyers and retired police officers who are volunteers in a posse that examines cold cases. Other posses assist deputies in duties that include providing free police protection at malls during the holiday season or transporting people to jail.

Even as he is under fire by the federal government, the sheriff remains popular among Republicans.

GOP presidential candidates have courted him for his endorsement throughout the primary season. At last week's GOP presidential debate in Arizona, Arpaio won loud cheers. During a question about Arizona's border woes, Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum said the government ought to give local police agencies the chance to enforce immigration law as Arpaio has.

Bruce Merrill, a longtime pollster and senior research fellow at Arizona State University's Morrison Institute for Public Policy, said the subject of the investigation plays to the sheriff's base of supporters. And, he said, it highlights Arpaio's gift for publicity.

"It's something that the press will cover," Merrill said. "He'll get a lot of exposure from it."

"Inconsistencies" is an understatement. A piss-poor copy is what it was! Different fonts, pixelations, etc that are indicative of a photo shop copy. Thank you Sheriff Joe for keeping this in the spotlight. I want Obama OUT by any means necessary!

The issue of President Obama's birth certificate won't go away, so Obama's re-election team decided to have a little fun with it.

As an Arizona sheriff held a news conference claiming evidence that the birth certificate released in April is a fake, Obama campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt tweeted out what he called a "live feed" of the presentation -- which turned out to be a clip of the theme song from the old science fiction series The X Files.

LaBolt also told Twitter followers "birth certificate available here" -- and linked to an ad for an Obama coffee mug with the birth certificate emblazoned it.

The birth certificate shows that Obama was born Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Obama team makes light of latest birth certificate claims

This is no joke. If Obama and crew have a leg to stand on they should come out and take on Joe Arpaio's investigation and findings point by point. Vague jokes are no kind of answer to this.

Just think about it. If someone made these types of detailed claims against ALIPAC, what would we do? What have we done many times before? Did we just joke about it and brush it off and try to act cavalier?

No, we have always defended ourselves from lies by addressing attacks point by point.

Obama's team seems to think they can whistle through the graveyard on this, but I don't think they have any appreciation of the gravity of this situation.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio's investigation finds reason to believe that the entire Presidency of Barack Obama is illegitimate and thus all of his actions including the memo amnesty for illegal aliens is mutually illegitimate and unlawful.

Seriously, why in the hell and how in the hell could any President put out documents that would be this flawed unless they were trying to deceive people?

Hannity said tonight he will have the tapes and discuss them within ten days.

It appears Breitbarts death was a heart related issue, something they stated he had dealt with in the last year. Although he was quite young and this seems so unreal, it is probable for someone his age to have a catastrophic failure of their heart. For example, one Washington state legislator was found dead at a resort this last year, and his autopsy showed it was heart failure, he also was really young. Sometimes people are born with congenital heart problems they did not know they had till adulthood and then there is more damage done, sometimes too much.

As for the issue at hand of Obamas certificate being a fake....I am anxiously awaiting to find out the next step to be taken. Someone in congress is going to have to take it on to be investigated and if found true, and the White House cannot provide anything else to verify a U.S. birth then Congress needs to act. Someone I know today stated that Rush said that Obama and his team knew this was a fake, an obvious one and was simply using it as a way to make the conservatives look bad and discredit them during the election year by bringing out a genuine verifiable document that will prove his citizenship. Anyone know if Rush said or suggested this, and if so, would they really be playing that game?

Michael Savage: Was Breitbart assassinated?

Noting that the cause of Andrew Breitbart’s unexpected death yesterday was being examined by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office, talk-radio host Michael Savage raised the question of whether the conservative media powerhouse – who recently announced he had videos that could politically damage President Obama – was murdered.

On his top-rated show today, Savage played an audio clip of Breitbart telling an audience at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington last month that he had obtained videos that shed light on Obama’s ties to radicals in the early 1980s who helped propel him to the presidency.

“Maybe my overly active imagination kicked into overdrive,” Savage told his listeners of his decision to raise the question. “But you heard what Breitbart said – he has videos … we’re going to vet the president.”

Breitbart reportedly was walking near his home in Brentwood, Calif., just after midnight this morning when he collapsed. A neighbor saw him fall and called 911. Emergency crews tried to revive him and rushed him to the emergency room at the UCLA Medical Center.

It’s entirely plausible, Savage acknowledged, that Breitbart simply collapsed of a heart attack because of overwork and a reported history of health problems.

“I’m asking a crazy question,” Savage said, “but so what? We the people want an answer. This was not an ordinary man. If I don’t ask this question, I would be remiss.”

Breitbart told the CPAC crowd last month that the videos would reveal Obama during a time when he was meeting a “bunch of silver ponytails” – referring to Weather Underground terror group members Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn.

Ayers and Dohrn reportedly launched Obama’s political career with a fundraiser in their Chicago home.

Savage noted that Breitbart had dinner with Ayers and Dorhn three weeks ago at the couple’s Hyde Park residence on Chicago’s South Side, which is near Obama’s home. Breitbart was invited by Daily Caller Editor-in-Chief Tucker Carlson, who won an Internet auction for a dinner party with the couple.

“I’ve got videos – this election we’re going to vet him,” Breitbart said at CPAC, promising they would show how “racial division and class warfare are central” to the “hope and change” that Obama”sold in 2008.”

“He threatened the president at CPAC with video that could derail the president’s campaign,” Savage said.

“I pray it was natural causes, but we’ll never know the truth.”

Savage said that if Breitbart’s colleagues have the videos, they should post them as soon as possible and make them viral “or they’ll never see the light of day.”

Savage said he hadn’t spoken with Breitbart for the past two years, but he recalled the media mogul’s visited to his home in the Bay Area.

“He spoke for three straight hours,” Savage said. “I was unable to say a word.”

Savage also attended a party at Breitbart’s Los Angeles home.

“I told him two years ago to get a body guard. Never be alone in the street,” Savage said.

Savage, the author of the bestselling novel “Abuse of Power,” put on his novelist hat and speculated about ways a murderer could remain undetected by inducing a heart attack that didn’t leave any traces.

A caller from Savage’s native New York City said there’s a simple way to find out what happened.

“If the tapes come out, he died of a heart attack,” the caller said. “If the tapes don’t come out, they whacked him.”

“The Savage Nation” airs live Monday through Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern. It can be heard online through stations such as KSTE in Sacramento.

Honestly, we do have to wonder, I did not know about those tapes. If so, I am surprised someone has not gone ater Arpaio for this investigation...any thoughts on that? I was also told that Hannity is doing some special on this all? Was it about the tapes, and his connections?

Truth is stranger than fiction. I remember a neighbor we had living up in Washington during the 9/11 times. We lived fairly close to the Naval Base, and within days of 9/11 happening, we got a visit from a woman who claimed she found out I was new to the area and was selling Mary Kay (although we hade been then about 6 months by this time). She admitted she worked for the local CIA office, which I thought was a strange combo of interests and jobs, CIA/Mark Kay sales.....

She insisted on coming back although I was clearly not interested, then one day, she was over, asked to use my phone, did, and then did not hear from her in about one month, she suddenly called out of the blue said some random things and the call was over and I never heard from her again...Truth is stranger than fiction I think they were canvassing the town checking out newcomers to the area, my husband had once been in the Air Force doing sensitive work, I told the neighbor my thoughts and she laughed me off saying I had watched one too many spy movies. You tell me, was I wrong? I think it was reasonably plausible that CIA during that time would have done this. My thoughts are Sure they control everything. Arpaio has received death threats, have you ever checked out how many around the Clintons died suspiciously? How many things are hidden for Obama? Look at the information on 911, many people today still refuse to take it seriously. The same with the Oklahoma bombing. The Kennedy assassination do you think all the truth has come out on that. The UFO situation still mysterious things there. With all the money, power, and control at stake nothing surprises me. This is just recent things how many before when people were less suspicious do you think were hidden? So who knows when they want to get rid of someone or shut them up they have ways. My opinion of course!!!

Savage is right. Those tapes need to be released immediately. If someone killed Andrew to stop the tapes, their goal needs to be thwarted. If Andrew died of natural causes, his ambition should be carried out in his honor.
