Thread: Push the Senate Hard To Reject Cloture vote on Amnesty Bill

We are fighting an uphill battle in the U.S. Senate where Democrat and Republican lawmakers are wrestling with ways to get a mass Amnesty for illegal aliens passed within the next 24 hours so they can all bolt for home for a week-long holiday!

We have a small chance of stopping them from reaching the 60 votes they need on cloture to move the bill forward for a final vote to pass which only takes 51 Senators.

We need a massive wave of angry yet professional calls today applying pressure to the right points.

Call Trump 202-456-1111 to say, "Trump's announced plan to seek Amnesty and citizenship for 1.8 million illegals is an abomination which violates his campaign promises and his oath of office. He promised to END DACA, not triple Obama's Amnesty and double Reagan's! Trump needs to abandon DACA and enforce our existing laws. Trump needs to do his job and enforce our existing immigration laws instead of asking Congress to rubber stamp TRUMP's AMNESTY!" As I'm calling them I am warning them that many of the 1.8 million DACA recipients will turn to activism for Democratic party issues. I think this helps especially with those who are inclined to support DACA: Collins, Graham, Flake, McCain, Cornyn, Tillis, Toomey, Murkowski

Been calling, especially those who are sympathetic to Dreamers. I tell them that with the 1.8 million figure we would probably see anywhere from 100 to 200,000 new Democratic party activists. These are people who are going to work against the gOP on immigration control as well as other issues. So there is a very practical, strategic reason for not approving DACA.

Good points Captainron. The radicalism will continue and they will for vote for the democrats and against immigration control and other issues generally important to republicans.

We need to field as many anti Cloture vote calls to Republican Senate offices as possible in the final hours of this day!
