Calls and Protesters Needed Against Matricula in Greenville,

Calls and Protesters Needed Against Matricula in Greenville, NC

NOTE: ALIPAC President William Gheen plans to personally attend this protest on Sat morning.

    ----

Ask Greenville, NC officials to stop this Mexican consulate event and/or prevent its return.

NC FIRE is organizing a related protest on August 6th and 7th

    NC ALIPAC Supporters,

North Carolinians For Immigration Reform and Enforcement (NCFIRE) tells us that the Association of Mexicans in North Carolina (AMEXCAN) and the Consulate General of Mexico will hold an event on August 6th and 7th at the Greenville Convention Center to sell passports, Matricula Consular ID cards, and birth registrations for children born in the United States. It is interesting to note that a U.S. voter registration drive also will held.

The Greenville Convention Center, and by association the Greenville City Council and Pitt County Commission, are wrong to sanction the conduct of an event that gives illegal aliens access to documentation that will make it easier to remain in the U.S. illegally.

Please contact the convention center, and members of the City Council and County Commission, to express your opposition. Contact information and talking points are included below.

Note: NC FIRE and others are organizing a protest during the AMEXCAN/consulate event. If you are interested in participating, it will be held outside the Greenville Convention Center at the corner of Greenville Blvd. and Hooker Rd on Aug. 6th from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Aug. 7th from 8 a.m. to noon.

"Hello, I am calling/writing to ask the Greenville Convention Center, Greenville City Council, and Pitt County Commission to cancel the Mexican Consulate event this Saturday and Sunday because the consulate is selling Matricula cards to illegal immigrants. We need every job and tax payer resource for Americans and legal immigrants. Please cancel this event or inform the Mexican Consulate that they are not welcome to assist illegal aliens in the Greenville Convention Center ever again. The Matricula card is an unreliable ID that even Mexican banks and the Mexican government will not accept as proper ID in Mexico. Please take appropriate action to protect American workers, students, taxpayers, and voters from illegal immigration by putting a stop to the Mexican Consulate event in Greenville."

Ask them???? I don`t think so.Those that are helping destroy America still live in America. They may even be you neighbor(s).
Americans will not ask them anything. They will protect their country, their families, and yours alike,or,out they go...

At times it might be better to call your gathering a rally as a rally in support of something. Like a rally in support of the opposing side to their argument.

    It sounds positive.

A Protest opens the conversation with something that sounds negative. You may not want to come off as being against someone or their actions so much as you want to get your opposing opinion out there and rally support for it. Eventually you want them coming over to your side and your way of thinking. The "Protest" wall doesn't really aid in that but can be pretty entertaining for those that want to verbally express themselves. Rumble!

    Sunday! Sunday!

One problem with that is now-a-days the government gets involved and you never get to any chance at the making up part that is human nature.

    But whatever.

In this case "protest" does sound open and honest.

    Keep up the good fight!

    Be careful. Take camera's.

    Maybe the buddy system?

If our government was serious about enforcing the laws, ICE and the Social Security Administration would be there checking not only voter registrations but identity theft as well.
