Funny, I got an ACLJ announcement saying that Congresswoman Gifford is actually against illegal immigration....?

Sad to see people try to use this tragic event politically or for some agenda. The bad guy obviously must have some mental problems. Hes not an agent of any politcal group or movement.

DHS should be reprimanded.

Call the house and senate Judiciary Committees and tell them you want hearings into this.

I've also heard that from a few sources while she often voted party lines she was more of a moderate dem who was one of the potential dem votes for cracking down on illegal immigration. Least thats what I've heard even going back before the shooting even occured. Think it may have been a mandatory E-verify vote she coulda been a yes vote and a potential one other.

Anyways if the shooter was some right wing nut as the liberals keep trying to spin their is 100 more likely targets then Giffords. Just basically blows their theory out of the water.

While Congresswoman Gabriel Giffords (D-Arizona) fights for her life in a hospital intensive care unit, the left is trying to piece together a right-wing-inspired motive behind the madness by irresponsibly placing blame on talk radio and the tea party movement. But Larry Pratt, executive director of Gun Owners of America (GOA), believes there is substantial evidence to show that suspect, Jared Lee Loughner, is an angry leftist who hates America and Christianity.

So he does not think Carolyn McCarthy's (D-New York) involvement means anything for the Democrats' cause.
