They are taken from the list above and represent the senators that are not resigning/retiring and still haven't taken a position essentially.

vote is 52-44 in favor but not enough to go forward --senator specter made crazy future proposal that people in the us illegallylcould not be arrested(guess this means not deported)unless they commit a crime-this would somehow in his mind -allow us to deport illegal alien criminals and all of a sudden other illegals would rush forward and report criminal illegals and ""come out of the shadows" in other words the end of deporting illegals if they have manage to find a house to live in.
