Declare Invasion: Call on Governors and candidates
Tell every Governor & Candidate to declare Biden's Border disaster an invasion!
At ALI-PAC we've been calling illegal immigration an invasion for more than a decade! Now, in 2022 we hear many candidates and elected officials using the correct term.
Some state Governors are considering declaring Biden's border disaster an invasion because this would empower them under Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution to stop and remove illegal aliens on their own authority.
Article IV Section 4 reads...
"The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence."
