Dobbs & Gheen Interview on national radio and your thoug

    Friends of ALIPAC,

Thank you to those of you who took the time to watch the entire Lou Dobbs interview on Telemundo which has caused a lot of controversy.

From the first 2,000 of our supporters to watch the 25-minute video and complete our response survey we can tell that over 70% of our supporters are disappointed or upset by the comments of Lou Dobbs on Telemundo.

About 50% of you want us to publicly drop our support for Lou Dobbs and disable the supportive websites we have created such as www.LouDobbsforPresident.org while 30% of you asked us to give Mr. Dobbs more time. Only 13% of you said we should continue to support Lou Dobbs as we have been.

While responses are still coming in, we have a strong sample from our 30,000+ national support base to give us clear patterns of reactions.

Here are the results for you to review if you like...

William, after watching and listening to the two interviews, it is even more clear to me personally what Mr. Dobbs is saying. He supports a pathway to citizenship under "certain conditions." That is the talk of John McCain, Juan Hernandez, Senator Graham, La Raza, Maldef, SEIU, etc. Even Mexico and other sending nations of illegal aliens would like that idea.

Alipac, however, as you most eloquently expressed, does not and cannot support a path to citizenship, and they cannot support any politician or other individual who espouses this form of amnesty.

Alipac and Lou Dobbs are at a crossroads, each going in a different direction on the question of the legalization of illegal aliens. Lou will still speak out on many of the same concerns as he has always done. Lou has defended the American people, their jobs, the sovereignty of our nation. He has taken a most vocal stance against immigration bills that would allow for amnesty. He knows what a 1986 amnesty brought to the United States, little in the area of enforcement, though promised. He also knows that it turned 3 million illegal aliens into 10, 20, or more million new illegal aliens. It also added countless anchor babies through birthright citizenship, who can now vote and sponsor their illegal alien parents and family members. The numbers are mind boggling when one throughly considers the option of an amnesty. We must also not forget that there were several more described amnesties through the years in one form or another.

Do we want to be complicit in the continuing destruction of our nation? Do we want to see our fellow Americans, out of work and competing with cheap labor? Do we want to continue to see our hospitals and clinics close due to uncompensated care to the illegal alien population (Recent closure of dialysis clinic in Atlanta - Grady Hospital)? Do we want foreign governments to take us over simply through their populations that enter illegally? Do we want to continue to be victims of identity theft, and other illegal alien crimes?

The United States cannot afford any form of amnesty. Sadly, Lou Dobbs is now speaking for this new bridge to the foes of our nation. I for one, will not follow.

Jeremiah 29:11 - It is written, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

I cannot support anyone who advocates amnesty for illegal aliens. And Lou, FYI- 'pathway to citizenship' & 'legalization of illegal immigrants' means AMNESTY.

In my opinion Lou Dobbs has sold out to a person or group for a chance at political power. He supports Amnesty and he is hoping that his followers including Alipac will follow him right into our own demise. I am glad that you stood and stated that Alipac's stance is NO AMNESTY AND NO COMPROMISE!

    William's Interview with Dobbs

It Is with a heavy heart that I say that we should part ways with Lou Dobbs. I watched him for over 9 years on CNN,and I NEVER heard him once say that he supported a path to citizenship for Illegals. We need a moritorium on ALL legal Immigration, and we need to make sure that there Is NEVER another AMNESTY passed In this country. Our culture and our language are In serious jeopardy, and the very fabric of this nation Is literally being torn to shreds. We need to organize and take to the streets In mass to let this poor excuse for a Congress know how we feel about this pressing Issue. If we let another AMNESTY pass It will destroy the United States forever. We the people cannot let this happen for the sake of our children, and all future generations to come. We must organize NOW to stop this before It gets going again. The Tea Party movement Is a step In the right direction, but Is being Ignored by the Left Wing Media. Also, there has not been enough emphasis on Illegal Immigration within this movement. We need OUR OWN GRASS ROOTS MOVEMENT to rally against Illegal Immigration, and the damage that It Is inflicting on this country. I am more than willing to help organize a willing group of fellow patriots to help secure our liberty and prosperity In our country. TS

Lou as turned into John McCain, Turned his back on the American people and deceived all of us in to supporting him and his show for years.

I can't speak for ALIPAC but Dobb's needs to be dumped and go to the racist LaRaza. He doesn't care what the majority of what Americans want or what ALIPAC is about.

I hope ALIPAC could stop supporting Dobbs in any way anymore.

Out of all the talking heads I did genuinely believe that Lou reported with a passion for the real problems brought to us by the Illegals, because he cared about what a foreign invasions devastation to our country looked like. He fought hard for our jailed border agents, and all just to stab them and what they stand for in the back.

If he wanted to argue for more legal immigration I would be shocked, but this goes beyond that when he can just all the sudden throw his support behind any amnesty of any kind, when he has even reported in the past that Immigration is mainly about numbers not people.

He knows the country can't even sustain who's here now let alone millions more. He knows the system is corrupted with disposable lying politicians and he wants to breathe new life into them by giving them the voters by legalizing millions of mostly illiterate ill willed blind followers.

Why would anyone that is so well informed of all the consequences of Amnesty be for any of that!!??

We can't allow any amnesty, even for the "Good" Illegals that are just here to work. Amnesty has never worked before and will never work.

Lou needs to look in the damn mirror and remember who and what the hell he stands for, because for me it has nothing to do with what were fighting for.

Well I defriended the Lou Dobbs page on Facebook and I have to say I am totally done with him. Traitor, sellout and already a typical politician would be how I would describe him. I watched him for years and I supported him-wrote letters, etc. when LaRaza and others put the heat on him. It is really a shame because I believed in him but then again I also recall him numerous times on his show throughout the years claim-quite vocally and loudly-that he would never run for office-so I now find it hard to believe anything the man has ever said. He has not officially announced he is running for anything but he already is a lying weasel of a politician.

I have to say that as someone who has donated to ALIPAC over the past few years that if ALIPAC were to support Lou Dobbs any further then my donation from yesterday will be my last. I would feel like there were no one left who is truly against amnesty and for the rule of law.

I do not vote for nor do I support anyone who is for any form of amnesty. To me there is no gray area.

I agree with Georgia Peach's assessment of W's interview with Lou Dobbs. Mr Dobbs was obviously playing a shell game with W. Mr Dobb's statements in the past never indicated to the american public at any time that he was in favor of a possible pathway to "citizenship under certain conditions". This reminds me of Clintons infamous statement " it depends on what the definition of is is".

Mr Dobbs, a pathway to citizenship "under certain circumstances" is Amnesty. You have redefined your ideology and stance on Illegal Immigration and are attempting to hide with a cheap shell game and a syntax word game. Your are fooling no one, you have turned your back on the people whom have supported you and your country as a whole. As far as i'm concerned you are an open borders advocate.

I am sick at heart to hear Lou advocate for amnesty after all these years of standing up for the American people. I spent most of last evening going over articles and interviews of Lou talking about illegal immigration and this sudden 180 flip is a shock. His feeble attempt to convince Alipac that he's always been for amnesty with some conditions is false, as my research proved last night. Just a few months ago when he was talking about the coming amnesty legislation, he said this about it:

"And if anybody thinks that we're not in a battle for the soul of this country right now, they are sorely mistaken! And the more you stay on the sidelines, the more you don't make your voice heard, the more likely it is that we're going to lose this battle for the soul of this nation!"

The person I listened to on the radio with William yesterday is not the same person I had grown to admire and respect, and that saddens me. I'm afraid that by flip flopping so drastically, Lou has not only alienated himself from the pro amnesty crowd, but from the American people as well. His "middle ground" has just cost him his popularity and trust of the American people.
