But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

I say Good Bye Mr. Dobbs.
Like Glenn Beck says - say what you mean and mean what you say!
Obviously he doesn't have the ...... to do so.

Amnesty is a reward for breaking the law and it has been proven to encourage more illegal immigration.
We are where we are today because of Amnesty over the last 40 some years. It's a bigger mistake to repeat a mistake.

Lou Dobbs, close...but not good enough
Alipac should no longer support Lou Dobbs or anyone who thinks that illegal aliens should have a path to citizenship. Being here illegal should automatically mean no future citizenship and immediate deportation.
If you want to be pragmatic, one might say that the only illegals who have a path of staying would be that they
1) married a US citizen (only a one-time allowance in a citizen's lifetime)
2) overstayed they visa no more than 3 months and did not take a job.
3) medical emergency (already exists in law)
4) limited special circumstances (limited to 12,000 persons per year)

"William, after watching and listening to the two interviews, it is even more clear to me personally what Mr. Dobbs is saying. He supports a pathway to citizenship under "certain conditions." That is the talk of John McCain, Juan Hernandez, Senator Graham, La Raza, Maldef, SEIU, etc. Even Mexico and other sending nations of illegal aliens would like that idea.
Alipac, however, as you most eloquently expressed, does not and cannot support a path to citizenship, and they cannot support any politician or other individual who espouses this form of amnesty.
Alipac and Lou Dobbs are at a crossroads, each going in a different direction on the question of the legalization of illegal aliens. Lou will still speak out on many of the same concerns as he has always done. Lou has defended the American people, their jobs, the sovereignty of our nation. He has taken a most vocal stance against immigration bills that would allow for amnesty. He knows what a 1986 amnesty brought to the United States, little in the area of enforcement, though promised. He also knows that it turned 3 million illegal aliens into 10, 20, or more million new illegal aliens. It also added countless anchor babies through birthright citizenship, who can now vote and sponsor their illegal alien parents and family members. The numbers are mind boggling when one throughly considers the option of an amnesty. We must also not forget that there were several more described amnesties through the years in one form or another.
Do we want to be complicit in the continuing destruction of our nation? Do we want to see our fellow Americans, out of work and competing with cheap labor? Do we want to continue to see our hospitals and clinics close due to uncompensated care to the illegal alien population (Recent closure of dialysis clinic in Atlanta - Grady Hospital)? Do we want foreign governments to take us over simply through their populations that enter illegally? Do we want to continue to be victims of identity theft, and other illegal alien crimes?
The United States cannot afford any form of amnesty. Sadly, Lou Dobbs is now speaking for this new bridge to the foes of our nation. I for one, will not follow."
I do not know how the situation could be presented more factually, fairly, or eloquently, and I sadly concur.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
