The fact that Jeff Sessions himself signed off on this gives Donald credibility. Yes its not perfect but its a good start.

My understanding of an anchor baby is that the benefit to the parent comes only after the anchor baby turns 21 and can prove that he or she can financially sponsor the parents for US citizenship. At least this is the case for legal immigrants... surely it is the same for illegal immigrants?

Cruz supports the tripling of legal immigration. Santorum and Walker are the only other two that don't support an immigration increase and/or amnesty.

You are absolutely right. What you are describing is called Attrition Through Enforcement and it is the best solution out there.

Expediting their return means they will be moved to the head of the line. Additionally, he didn't say busboys and dish washers wouldn't qualify for an expedited return. Let's cut the hyperbole and assumptions and stick to the facts, please.

He must have missed the part in the 14th Amendment that says

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside."

Foreigners are subject to the jurisdiction of their home nation.
