Framed Border Patrol Agents Need Your Help!

    Friends of ALIPAC,

Many of you have been keeping up with the continuing saga of the two Border Patrol agents, Ramos and Compean, who have been sent to prison for about 11 years for shooting a twice-convicted illegal alien drug smuggler in the thigh.

This case continues to generate public interest and outrage and has been featured on Fox and CNN.

The dedicated families of these men have worked exhaustively to bring attention to their case and appeal for public support and Congressional action.

There is a lot of motion on this case now, as many members of Congress have joined the call for a pardon of Ramos and Compean. In fact, there are new findings that show just how outrageous this case is!

The Bush administration, via their prosecutor Johnny Sutton, has made it clear that our Border Patrol agents are in danger if they get into a tough situation because our government will offer immunity to and side with drug dealers, instead of our law enforcement agents fighting for security in the Border war zones!

It has recently been revealed that the illegal alien drug smuggler really had some top-notch connections in the U.S. because he was given a border pass to enter our country AFTER HIS FIRST CONVICTION FOR DRUG SMUGGLING!

The more we learn, the more this story stinks!

We encourage all of our supporters to review the articles about this case and if you are concerned about it, please consider calling your member of Congress and U.S. Senators to request a full pardon or case review for Ramos and Compean.

I have had the honor of working with the grieving families of these imprisoned agents, and I believe that Ramos and Compean have been railroaded and they and their families are patriotic and honorable Americans.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Then why didn't he cross at regular points? This whole thing really stinks. It is a really sad state of affairs to see this government do this to us. Selling us out and putting our own citizens like lambs to the slaughter. This angers me to no end. I want to see every last one of these yahoos hung out to dry.

Those 2 bordel patrolmen deserve their conviction

They shot an unarmed person, then hid the evidence that incriminated them.

All those are felonies, aggravated by the fact that they were officers swirn to uphold the law.

If ALIPAC wants to be taken seriously ("rule of the law" and all that), it should condemn these criminals for what they are, not side with them just for the fact that they person shot was a Mexican criminal himself.

Mongo....how is one "swirn" to uphold the law?

Anyway...besides your poor spelling, you're also clueless about this case. The officers shot a man they believed was indeed armed. And they had every reason to believe that he was reaching for his firearm.

If ALIPAC wants to be taken seriously ("rule of the law" and all that), it should condemn these criminals for what they are, not side with them just for the fact that they person shot was a Mexican criminal himself.
And I can say the same to each and every pro-illegal advocate out there. You need to see illegal immigrants for what they are....CRIMINALS who broke U.S. laws and entered our country illegally.

That's exactly what Davilla was doing when he was shot by the border patrol agents...he was entering the U.S. illegally and, adding insult to injury, trying to smuggle illegal drugs in with him.
Calderon was absolutely right when he said...."Where there is a Mexican, there is Mexico".

They don't know for POSITIVE he didn't have the gun....secondly...the only other thing they didn't do was file paperwork. That doesn't constitute 12 yrs in a federal prison. I could shoot and kill my neighbor and get less time. There's following "procedure" and then there's "breaking the law". If not filling out the proper paper-work was a FEDERAL offense.....there'd be very few on the streets.

Heck....illegal immigrants haven't filled out the proper paper-work either...........they aren't getting 12 years in prison. And there's LAWS about that. It's not just "procedure".

Point is.....this whole thing isn't right.

    Nonsense

    My poor spelling?
Alright, remove the blinders and check the spellings around here.
Not la "crème de la crème", precisely.
But thanks for pointing it out.

The officers shot a man they believed was indeed armed. And they had every reason to believe that he was reaching for his firearm.
Not true. A prosecutor and a jury found otherwise.

And I can say the same to each and every pro-illegal advocate out there. You need to see illegal immigrants for what they are....CRIMINALS who broke U.S. laws and entered our country illegally.
Law officers that shoot unarmed people and then conceal the evidence deserve jail. This is so obvious, that it is hard to break down any further.

That's exactly what Davilla was doing when he was shot by the border patrol agents...he was entering the U.S. illegally and, adding insult to injury, trying to smuggle illegal drugs in with him.
Again, a court of law found otherwise. Was the jury also in the payroll of the Mexican cartels?
