Fremont Nebraska Wins Against The Illegal Immigration Invasion and So Can You!

Friends of ALIPAC,

We are excited to report that another game changer has occurred and the American Defenders in Fremont, Nebraska, have won their battle to crack down on illegal immigration on the municipal level.

Many of our long term supporters know that several years back, brave Americans in towns like Hazleton, PA, Farmers Branch, TX, Waukegan, IL, Prince William County, VA, and many others prevailed against illegal immigration with local ordinances. The trend began to spread thanks to activists like you who carried the efforts from town to town. Then, however, the wind was knocked out of our sails by court cases filed by the ACLU, MALDEF, LULAC, and other invasion-supporting groups.

Yesterday, a federal court ruled that most of the Fremont, Nebraska, ordinance which requires local businesses to use the E-Verify system to only hire legal workers and requires screening of local renters for legal presence was upheld!

Special congratulations to notorious illegal immigration fighter Kris Kobach for his hard work supporting this ordinance and court case.

The illegal alien invasion supporting Associated Press tried to stop most Americans from receiving that news, and they put out a story that would run in most papers around the nation titled...

We put out a warning to our national press list less than 2 hours after we detected the attempt to fool America and thus prevent our citizens from saying, "Hey, I should press for an ordinance in my town!"

"Dear _______, I am writing to ask you to follow the lead of Fremont, Nebraska, and to pass a copy of their ordinance that was recently upheld in court that would stop illegal aliens from taking jobs from Americans and legal immigrants in our town/city. While Judge Laurie Smith Camp struck down the part of the Fremont ordinance affecting illegal alien renters, the main thrust of the ordinance requiring local businesses to use the E-Verify system to reject illegal alien employees was upheld. Illegal immigration should be a federal issue, but since the federal government is not currently honoring its constitutional requirement to 'protect all states from invasion' (US Constitution Article 4), we need our states and cities taking steps to protect American citizens from the numerous negative consequences of illegal immigration. I am so happy to see a positive outcome against illegal immigration. I have been writing to my local city council members and congress for their help in upholding immigration laws in our state. I live in the state of Washington and would appreciate any help or suggestions, we have a huge illegal alien situation here. The City of Kennewick from what I understand voted to not use E-Verify when hiring city workers. I am at a loss for words I am thinking why would they do that. Do they not want U S citizens and legal residents to have these jobs? I do not hear much about what lawmakers are doing against illegal immigration in our state. I would appreciate any advice on this subject and how i can help here in the State of Washington.

The elected officials for the town or city in which your address is associated with. You can locate your own city lawmakers by using any search engine such as Yahoo.com Just type in your town's name, state code, and the word council, board, or representatives and that should take you to the list and contact information for your city lawmakers.

Yep! :) This week we want Americans on our side approaching city council members about the court cleared Fremont, NE ordinance and approaching state lawmakers in each state with the news about how Alabama's illegal immigration crackdown law has drastically cut their unemployment rate!

Yes, please advice all of your city council members about the court win of Fremont Nebraska. Doing so could have payoffs in the future if you make sure the information reaches them.

Thank you Working4change. I am new to this site and appreciate any guidance I receive. I have had deep feelings on the issue of illegals in our country but until now did not know what to do about it. I hope that congress in this state will wake up and start doing something to stop illegal immigrants, especially to free up jobs that illegals take from U S citizens and legal immigrants.
