ALIPAC is calling for Biden's Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley to be held accountable, relieved of duty, and face a court-martial for Treason in response to the allegations he colluded with the communist military of China promising them to subvert the duly elected President and forewarn the Chinese of any impending attacks from the American military.
Milley's actions may have put millions of American lives in danger and subverted the foreign policy strategies of the Executive Branch.
Offering to forewarn other nations of classified US military plans and operations is Treason that far exceeds any of the prior allegations of "Russian Collusion" by the Trump campaign or accusations against whistleblowers Julian Assange and Edward Snowden.
In the new book titled "Peril," written by employees of the pro-China and pro-communist publication the Washington Post, writers Bob Woodward and Robert Costa allege that General Mark Milley secretly contacted the Chinese Gen. Li Zuocheng by phone to "assure him the US would not strike."
"Gen. Li, you and I have known each other for now five years. If we're going to attack, I'm going to call you ahead of time," Milley said, according to the book. "It's not going to be a surprise," Milley added. (View Source)

which clearly states...
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States."
