ALIPAC Asks Utah GOP To Retire Senator Hatch and Governor Herbert Over Amnesty for Illegals

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is asking Utah Republicans to oust incumbent Senator Orin Hatch and Governor Gary Herbert due to their support for Amnesty for illegal aliens, which would destroy America's borders.

Governor Gary Herbert is considering signing a guest worker Amnesty bill passed by the Utah legislature at the urging of the LDS Church which would nullify all state and federal immigration enforcement measures against illegal aliens in Utah. This would provide an Amnesty for illegal immigrants and a pathway to voting rights that would eventually deter all border and immigration enforcement for Americans.

US Senator Orin Hatch has voted yes on cloture votes for both Dream Act and Comprehensive Amnesty bills, while in Washington. These bills would have put millions of illegal aliens on the path to legal voting in America.

"With the full backing of the Church of Latter Day Saints in Utah, these men are trying to pass an Amnesty that will increase the pain and suffering that innocent American workers, students, taxpayers, and voters are experiencing due to illegal immigration," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Numerous accurate polls show a super majority of Americans oppose any plan like these to grant any form of Amnesty to illegal aliens. That is why we are asking the Utah GOP to retire Hatch and Herbert in the tradition of Bob Bennet."

On Tuesday of this week, 100 GOP Convention delegates held an emergency meeting with Republican Governor Gary Herbert and informed him they would seek his ouster unless he vetoes HB 116, which attempts to override existing federal immigration laws unconstitutionally in an attempt to provide Amnesty for illegals.

Herbert has put his belief in a fake poll claiming public support for Amnesty for illegals.

Numerous scientific and certified polls show that American citizens overwhelmingly reject Amnesty bills like Herbert's HB 116 and Hatch's Dream and Comprehensive Amnesty bills.

69% of Americans want immigration reform to move in the enforcement direction while only 22% want Herbert and Hatch's Amnesty solutions according to a Quinnipiac University Poll from July 2010. 64%-76% of Protestants and Catholics favor immigration enforcement that pushes illegals out of America instead of appeasement measures according to a ZOGBY POLL December 2009. 78% of likely voters were opposed to legalizing the status of the estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in the U.S. with only 19% supporting it according to Pulse Opinion Research, LLC, September, 2009. Numerous sources in Utah indicate that the Church of Latter Day Saints (LDS), also known as the Mormon Church, is the main political driving force influencing Republican lawmakers like Hatch and Herbert to support Amnesty. ALIPAC intends to review the laws concerning the tax status of the LDS church and restrictions on political activity for possible action.

The efforts of the LDS church to pass an Amnesty for illegal aliens, which is opposed by approximately 70% of Americans, will be harmful to the organization's public image and future endeavors.

ALIPAC is America's 3rd largest grass roots organization fighting for the enforcement of our existing immigration and border laws. Very nice William, very accurate and well said. Everything that you said Is THE ACTUAL TRUTH,and you can run from It for awhile,but you cannot hide. This "church" should most definitely be Investigated,and I am very sure that there are more "churches" Involved In politics than one might Imagine. I think the entire premise of the "separation between church and state" needs to be put under a microscope by congress. Under US tax law, no church should be advocating immigration policy and no church leader should be cavorting or cohorting with politicians to formulate that policy or influence legislations pertaining to them.

Mitt is also LDS, and says he would like to be our next president.

Incredibly, the three largest violators of federal immigration laws in the United States are:

* THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT (through omission of enforcing existing laws)

* ORGANIZED RELIGION (the more pews filled with illegal aliens, the more powerful and influential the denomination on the state, national, and global scale, regardless of whether or not they are breaking the law by encouraging illegal immigration)

* PUBLIC EDUCATION (the more seats occupied, the more federal funding the socialist educators bring in, regardless if the student is a LEGAL citizen or not)
