How ALIPAC Defeated Boehner, Rubio, and Obama's Amnesty Legislation

While the national organization Americans for Legal Immigration PAC has made many contributions to the fight against the costly and deadly illegal alien invasion of America over the years, we want to take pause to inform more people about how we were able to play a decisive role defeating the amnesty legislation backed by Obama, Rubio, and Boehner.

While there are many great organizations, lawmakers, and activists that have done so much to stop legislative amnesty, we want to point out what ALIPAC's role was because many times we were blessed with the right strategies at the right times to knock down such giants!

And it is important for people to know our valuable contributions to this defense of America. We are constantly asking American citizens for donations and volunteerism, and so we want everyone to know what we did that won the day against the amnesty legislation that was backed by so many millions of dollars from open borders groups.


No Amnesty

ALIPAC opposes any form of amnesty for illegal aliens because, despite super majorities of Americans screaming for our government to secure our borders and enforce our existing immigration laws before more Americans are bankrupted from job loss or killed by illegal alien criminals, we cannot achieve enforcement of our existing laws! If amnesty passes, all hope of ever getting our laws enforced are gone forever.

We believe that illegal aliens are already voting in large numbers in states like California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington despite the fact such votes are felony violations of existing laws. "Immigration Reform" amnesty such as Marco Rubio's S. 744 that passed the US Senate in 2013 would create a new voting bloc out of over 20 million illegal aliens that would then go on to dominate US elections for the next century! A recent Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES) estimates that up to 6% of all ballots cast in US Elections are from illegal immigrants!

The passage of any form of amnesty that changes our existing laws to accommodate the millions of illegal aliens and those big banks, corporations, and billionaires that brought them all here would mean the final destruction of America. We will all be inundated with wave after wave of tens of millions more illegal aliens as the American mine shaft collapses and the mountain of people from third world nations pile on top of us. It would mean permanent national, cultural, political, and demographic chaos and dissolution for US citizens.


The Rise of the Gang of Eight and S. 744



In March of 2013, notorious illegal alien amnesty supporter Lindsey Graham, whom ALIPAC had thwarted from helping Obama pass amnesty in 2010, announces on CNN's "State of the Union" that his "Gang of Eight" had reached a bipartisan deal on "immigration reform." We also stopped Gang of Eight member Dick Durbin's Dream Act Amnesty bill in 2010 leaving that senator crying about ALIPAC's strategy over the microphone on the Senate floor, but that is another story for another time.

The term "immigration reform" has become synonymous with amnesty for illegals and that is exactly what the Gang of Eight plan included. Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Marco Rubio (R-FL), John McCain (R-AZ), Jeff Flake (R-AZ), Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Richard Durbin (R-IL), Michael Bennet (D-CO), and Bob Menendez (R-NJ).

Senator Menendez is someone we probably no longer have to worry about politically since he has been indicted on federal corruption charges since this past April.

The amensty bill's main champion Senator Marco Rubio is trying hard to run from his own bill now that he is running for President and seeing clearly that S. 744 is an albatross around his neck!

The Gang of Eight's immigration reform amnesty bill S. 744 would have made tens of millions of illegal aliens into citizens where they would be expected to vote 8 to 1 for the socialist Democrats who are already handing them free healthcare, education, food assistance, housing assistance, and Obama phones according to a Pew Center Research Poll released July 22, 2013!

Politically, this means that most American states will turn as deep dark Democrat blue as California has gone as illegal aliens have swayed elections there causing many Republicans and conservatives to flee the state. We have many California refugees in my home state of North Carolina who are so dismayed to see the invasion has followed them here to the east coast!

The addition of 20 million illegal aliens turned into voters will allow massive and permanent Democrat party majorities in the US House and Senate for the next 100 years and the only Republicans who will be elected will be sellouts like the ones in the Gang of Eight!


We Suffered A Massive Defeat

So we fought S. 744 as best we could by alerting media contacts and our extensive network of activists and allied groups to the dangerous amnesty for illegals contained in the bill. The Republican backers lied over and over again claiming their bill was "not amnesty." But as more and more members of the American public found out the bill lifted the current penalties of law for millions of illegals who are currently prohibited from applying for citizenship to act as a deterrent against illegal immigration, pressure increased on the Senate.

However, unlike our successful battles against amnesty legislation before in 2006 and 2007, this time Fox News had most of us blocked from getting on their network and had Senator Lindsey Graham and the Bush dynasty's political pit bull Karl Rove running the show on Fox! And Lou Dobbs was long gone from CNN and the doors were locked to us there as well. Then Google and Facebook started censoring and sandbagging our efforts making our situation even more dire.

They had also set up operations with groups funded by George Soros and groups that receive US tax dollars to organize illegal aliens and their supporters to call and visit Washington to support the bill! At one point they even had a very expensive tent base set up on the National Mall right in front of Congress to push for the Gang of Eight amnesty bill!

When the hammer fell and the vote was taken, we suffered the worst legislative defeat in the 11 year history of ALIPAC! The S. 744 Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act passed 68 to 32 with 54 Democrats being joined by 14 Republicans to pass the largest illegal alien amnesty in the history of America!


Panic Ensues As Amnesty Heads to the House

As S. 744 headed to the House, we continued our opposition as fiercely as we could through press releases, articles, talk radio interviews, and our social media pages. But the elites planning this amnesty overthrow of America had many more GOP turncoats on their side than we knew of and they started insisting their hidden assets reveal their support for "immigration reform" amnesty on the record.

We were flabbergasted when the pro illegal alien amnesty group America's Voice announced hey had many more Republicans on board than we thought! But thanks to the true conservatives in the US House, many of whom are among the 77 incumbent lawmakers currently endorsed by ALIPAC and who are now being targeted for defeat in 2016 by the US Chamber of Commerce, the bill's progress was slowed.

Soon, John Boehner and his "immigration reform" supporting leadership announced they would not take up S. 744, but pass immigration reform in a step by step or piece by piece process. They also released GOP Principles on Immigration which much to our dismay included a pathway to citizenship (amnesty) for illegals.

Many activists left ALIPAC and other illegal immigration fighting groups. We received their emails and saw their social media posts as they surrendered in despair. Many told us that it was no use fighting any further because the deal was cut and the outcome of amnesty legislation was already decided! The powerful open borders lobby had convinced many Americans that further ressistance was futile and many faltered.

We did our best at ALIPAC to get people to stay at their posts and fight onward despite the pain of being beaten in the Senate so badly. We told those who said they were giving up the battle to save their surrender speeches for someone else because we are the Americans who never give up and never surrender one inch of American soil uncontested to the invasion supporters!

Of special mention here, we want to thank each and every person who stood their ground and stayed in their trenches and fox holes with us when so many others ran from the battlefield. You brave and determined patriots are why we were able to win against this amnesty legislation once again. And for those of you who ran in a panic, let this be a lesson as to why you must fight onward even if you believe the chances are high you will lose.

At ALIPAC, we quickly engage in the battles that need to be fought and we do not cherry pick fights based on our chances of winning or losing. That is how real Patriots must fight the good fight.


John Boehner Promises Obama Amnesty by August 2014

Time was running out for Congress to pass some form of amnesty legislation in the US House before the 2014 elections took hold of the process and the impending wrath of the American voters would hold sway against Amnesty.

John Boehner told the media that he intended to get a bill to Obama's desk in August of 2014 and from all the counts we did at ALIPAC, Boehner had enough GOP turncoats willing to vote with all the Democrats and overcome a majority of Republicans to do the dirty deed. Sure, there would be political fallout but once amnesty was a done deal many top GOP establishment types wanted to put it all behind them forever.

The Search for A New Strategy

Facing another big defeat in the US House, we decided to try a political Hail Mary pass. That is a football play that is rarely used because it rarely works, but when it does, it is a beautiful thing to see!

It had become apparent to us that no matter how many calls we made or how much screaming and gnashing of teeth we engaged in, the amnesty supporters and their incredible monetary advantage had us on the ropes. They had the votes lined up and the biggest powers in America committed to getting the bill to Obama's desk for signature! Our traditional and even innovative online activism efforts were not going to stop Amnesty this time.

We needed some new tactic or message that might just save the day in the final moments once again.

On June 23, 2014, we got our lucky break. Caroline May of Breitbart News published an article "DHS looks to buy mens underwear" that was quickly picked up by other major media such as CBS. Caroline's article pointed out that the Department of Homeland Security was looking to buy thousands of pairs of new underwear for illegal immigrants in detention centers at taxpayer expense! Many bloggers were puzzled by the large size of many of the requests such as underwear size 6X for alleged "minors."

These articles weighed heavily on my mind and I spent the following weekend talking with core supporters, administrators, and officers in the ALIPAC organization about my new idea. I had an idea I thought was funny, sensational, innovative, attention garnering, and very likely to attract the ire of our George Soros backed opposition groups. But I had to test this new material on a lot of folks I trust first and they thought it was funny and that I should go for it.

I had recently watched Animal House which is one of my favorite films of all time and I owe some credit to the film for my inspiration. They certainly don't and won't make great movies like that anymore. Near the end of the movie the brothers of the Delta House are forlorn and resigned after learning they are all being expelled from college by Dean Wermer. They have all given up until the character Eric "Otter" Stratton (played by Tim Matheson) rallies his demoralized brethren saying, "In this case, I think we have to go all out. I think this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody's part!" and Blutto (played by John Belushi) says, "We're just the guys to do it!" (video clip)

The idea developed further with each conversation and I spent a lot of time praying and mediating about this new course of action.

I knew this funny idea could be the end of ALIPAC and my role in the national fight against illegal immigration if it backfired or fizzled out on me, but many times we have shown our supporters again and again we are willing to take risks where others may not. We will charge in where angels fear to tread.


Operation "Underwear Against Amnesty" Engaged

On April 25, 2014, ALIPAC sent the following press release to our entire national press contact list, our more than 50,000 email alert subscribers, and the half a million Americans we have organized on social media....

Caroline May of Breitbart quickly reported on our release because she had been covering and monitoring this story she helped break. Her article titled Anti-Amnesty Group Calls On Supporters To Mail Underwear To Obama, Boehner In Protest To Illegal Immigration was a very fair and accurate report on our tongue in cheek activism effort.


Drudge Report Steps In and Invasion Supporting Groups go Wild

But when the Drudge Report linked to Caroline May's Breitbart article that reported on our release and Underwear Against Amnesty campaign, all of the opposition groups and publications opened fire on ALIPAC. The Drudge Report, run by Matt Drudge, is the world's most popular conservative news aggregation website.

When www.DrudgeReport.com links to your release or article, the resulting flood of web traffic and talk radio show attention has so much power, it is like a lightning strike!

Many bloggers and even several CBS affiliates started relaying our idea to the public.

Our opposition groups and media outlets often lied to their readers and made false claims that we had asked people to send dirty underwear to Obama and Boehner when you can see our release clearly states "clean underwear."

One anti-immigrant group has started an “Underwear for Illegals” campaign that asks Americans to send dirty underwear to undocumented immigrants and top politicians in order to stop the “new surge of illegal immigrants crossing America’s borders, enticed by promises of immigration reform amnesty.”

Nativist group urges members to send used underwear to detained immigrants and Obama

The leader of a U.S. anti-immigrant group is urging followers to mail used underwear to undocumented workers, President Barack Obama and House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH).

Right Wing Watch reported that William Gheen of the Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) said that he wants to “send the illegals and DC politicians a message.”

Gheen was reacting to a plea by the Department of Homeland Security for tens of thousands of pairs of clean men’s underwear for the flood of recent immigration detainees being housed at detention facilities across the country.

The story was picked up by Breitbart News and has become this week’s outrage for the far-right to fume over.

“We’re talking about illegal foreign infiltrators, not human beings,” wrote a commenter at one message board.

Anti-Immigration Hate Group Hits Disgusting New Low

Just when you thought the members of the ultra-conservative group Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) couldn't get any more tasteless, they decide to send used underwear to undocumented immigrants.

William Gheen, president of the anti-immigration group ALIPAC, urged members to send their "gently used underwear" to President Obama, John Boehner and undocumented immigrants.

The post came as a response to the Department of Homeland Security's request for thousands of pairs of clean men's underwear due to the recent flood of Central American immigrants crossing illegally over the U.S.-Mexico border, according to Think Progress.

"Instead of using our tax money to buy illegals 42,000 pairs of new underwear, we would like to send the illegals and D.C. politicians a message by mailing them our used underwear, and some of our pairs are in really bad shape due to the bad economy and all of the jobs illegal immigrants are taking from Americans," Gheen said.

This is not the first time the ALIPAC leader has urged members to take hostile actions against undocumented immigrants and anyone who supports immigration reform. In September of last year they compared undocumented immigrants to terrorists, asking Americans to "speak against amnesty on 9/11!"

You or your organization will only take serious flak from these illegal alien amnesty supporting groups and publications if you are right over the correct target and we could tell that ALIPAC had hit the main nerve!

Our phone lines rang off the hook at ALIPAC. Many callers said they thought this idea was brilliant. Others said we had lost our minds. Many were very angry and made insult filled threats that we would dare disparage their glorious leader Obama with filthy underwear!

But our gambit had accomplished its goal. While underwear is attention getting and a funny sensational topic, what we had really achieved was that we had accurately and effectively placed John Boehner right next to Barack Obama on immigration issues which is where his true loyalties have been!

We intentionally tricked our opposition into attacking us to magnify our message! We knew they would come after us hard which they did, and that elevated our release to much larger audiences. While they threw vitriol at me and ALIPAC, the main political injuries were landing on Boehner and Obama, especially Boehner!

Many Republicans did a double take when the Underwear Against Amnesty campaign opened their eyes to the John Boehner's alignment with the Democrats and Obama on immigration.

And thanks to the wonderful people at Breitbart News, Drudge Report, and with countless other bloggers and online media outlets, our Underwear Against Amnesty ended up on more than 3,000 websites within the first few days! I just wish I could have been in the room with John Boehner when his staff told him that the activism campaign to send underwear to his office had gone viral on the web and was literally on thousands of websites!

John Boehner Retreats from Amnesty Promise to Obama

And while many publications reported on ALIPAC's Underwear Against Amnesty campaign, no publication reported that a few days after we hit John Boehner and Obama so hard at the same time, John Boehner stepped away from the amnesty table with Obama! John Boehner announced that plans to pass "immigration reform" amnesty by the August deadline would not happen in 2014!

We had gone from both Boehner and Obama predicting that immigration reform would pass in 2014 as you can see with these reports from January where Obama makes the prediction and Boehner comes out with his "GOP Immigration Principles" that contain amnesty, and a report from as recently as June 12, 2014, on MSNBC that "John Boehner still working on immigration reform as time runs out" to this....

MSNBC's article on June 30, 2014 (5 Days after our first release and 48 hours after it went viral on the web) that"Obama to take action after Boehner kills immigration reform." This article, and others that confirmed the report, were music to our ears!

It may sound like a silly idea and a silly unprofessional thing we did. But right after our Underwear Against Amnesty campaign went viral online, John Boehner switched his position from pledging to pass immigration reform legislation in August of 2014 to his announcement that no such legislation would be passed.

Immediately following MSNBC's announcement of Boehner's capitulation on June 30th, 2014, just 5 days after ALIPAC's initial release went, out we sent the following press release to everyone...

The fact thousands of Americans were mailing their underwear to Obama and Boehner appears to have had quite an impact on the lawmakers since John Boehner has responded by taking immigration reform amnesty legislation off the table for 2014 and Obama is responding by announcing more resources to go into border security immediately.

And while we stopped legislative Amnesty in 2014, it has become clear to ALIPAC's leaders and top activists that Boehner and Obama hatched a new plan by which Obama would go it alone on amnesty for illegals and completely violate the US Constituiton while Boehner secretely protects Obama and his immigration plan from correction from Congress!

So as we enter the 2016 election cycle, please remember the reason that tens of millions of illegal aliens are not legislatively already well on their way to citizenship and voting rights via amnesty legislation is ALIPAC's innovative and sometimes overtly provocative strategies!

The 2014 elections saw the dramatic defeat of John Boehner's main amnesty ally Eric Cantor and that has held off any new legislative amnesty attempts.

The illegal alien amnesty supporters had spent millions of dollars, dominated Google and Facebook and all the major networks,and had amnesty legislation passage almost assured when activists mailing gently used, yet clean, undergarments to Obama and Boehner at the same time brought the illegal alien amnesty legislation to a halt!
