Re: ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
If we try to deny illegals services the ACLU and liberal courts will fight it every step of the way.

We need to deny the ACLU taxpayer money. Let them get their funds from LaRaza and all the other Latino groups.

McCain and our country
Bush has let the true Americans down. I voted and worked his last time around and had I really known of his intentions I would have worked against him.
People knew that McCain had worked with Kennedy and Feinstine[sp] and I was against him even then.
I won't stay home from voting even if I have to do a write-in. I may not be able to do much but at least I'll have the satisfaction that I did what I could
I'm so frustrated that the average citizen has no forum in which to fight the system. We have to take what the fat cats send down to us.
Had I had the resources I'd take to the streets and airways to fight this.
People, get ready for what was set in motion a long time ago and kept secret from the citizens, Mexico, Canada and the U.S. Also keep your eyes on the "Land and Sea Treaty" they aren't done with that either.
God will only let us go so far and He has given us plenty of time to straighten up.

Re: McCain and our country
Don't worry, it's not over yet. I've been emailing and called Romney's campaign and was told they've gotten lots of calls about McCain/Hernandez.
I've also emailed the RNC chairman identifying myself as an independant voter concerned with the illegal immigration problem, here's the email:
Mr. Chairman,
In the past I've had little interest in politics. Recently, however, I've had no other choice than to become involved and informed as I could no longer stand by and watch as our government shown no willingness to deal with the problem that illegal immigration has become.
If it has not already been brought to your attention, you should be aware that Sen. McCain has a well known proponent of illegal immigration and amnesty for illegal immigrants working for his campaign. The senator claims to have heard the voice of the people on this issue, and claims to be the best choice to keep our nation secure. The fact that Mr. Hernandez is working for Sen. McCain calls the senator's integrity into question on this and all other matters. Personally, I do not believe that I can trust the Senator to do anything to stop the illegal immigration problem. If Sen. McCain does not consider the open border situation we currently have to be a security threat, as demonstrated by his actions, he is obviously not as qualified to keep our nation secure as he would like people to believe.
Sincerely,
=========================
Perhaps if the RNC hears from other independant voters they are hoping to attract if McCain gets the nomination, it may do some good for the cause.

McCain is "sleeping with the enemy". Juan Hernandez is the slimiest creature I have witnessed that was not a character in a movie. Hernandez is not good for our country and anyone considering a vote for McCain should be aware of who he has at his side.

McCain has Juan Hernandez on his campaign working for "Latino Outreach." This is the same man who supports LaRaza & says the SW is a Region. He fails to recognize the US States in this "Region." I have looked at much of the rhetoric regarding this issue. I am now convinced that our leadership in both parties want this new underclass to fill jobs, once held by organized labor. By out--sourcing jobs to countries who notoriously pay "sweatshop" wages, American labor & the unions to which they belong will disappear. Now, this new uneducated, unskilled & mostly illiterate underclass will fill those once out-sourced jobs. For a time they will be paid minimum wage. There will be no "collective bargaining", because there will be no org. to represent them. Perhaps, once they realize they need to get an education & start helping themselves, the tables will turn. In reality, most of them have no interest in assimilating & becoming part of this country. The US will become another country with a poor, uneducated, unskilled majority! The NAU will become a fact. The country we once knew will be gone. What do we say to all those brave men & women who are fighting & dying in the Middle East? Is this the America they are fighting for???

McCain
I agree that our "Politicans" are working for the NAU and I'm angry that this is happening. It seems as though the average citizen really have no say. [Does this remind you of the Calvery and Indians?]
Somehow they think that "they" will have more power after this happens--Boy, they are going to yell like mashed cats when "they" find out that they are just the pawns used by others.
Prayer is all that we have left and then I think it's just a prayer for us to be able to endure.
I wonder "who" sent down the word that they wanted McCain to win the peimaries. George Sorrous where are you?

Now, unless you can justify calling a Federal Law a 'local ordinance' I don't see how you can say that a foreign citizen who crosses the US border in violation of our immigration laws has not committed a crime. Even a misdemeanor violation of a law is a crime. [I have six other dictionary references that all say the same thing.]
You are correct that a second entry is a felony. It doesn't make much difference, Bush and McCain will not enforce it either way.
