This new case in Darby Pennsylvania is shocking to many readers, but it is just the visible tip of a much larger illegal alien crime wave iceberg. The female victim on the train represents a vast group of illegal alien crime victims in America who should have been protected by our zombie government and our unenforced existing border and immigration laws.

While Americans struggle to understand how this happened and why many passengers filmed the attack without calling 911, we are not being given enough information to understand the full situation because authorities are withholding the ethnic and age information of the victim and we all know what that means. This likely another case involving anti-white racism and which would explain why authorities are withholding pertinent information and nobody in the crowd stopped the attack.

Man Who Allegedly Raped Woman On Train Is Criminal Illegal Alien, Was Not Deported: Report

Fox News reported:

Tucker Carlson Tonight has confirmed that Fiston Ngoy, who was arrested last week for allegedly raping the woman in a brutal attack on a SEPTA train in front of other passengers, came to the U.S. legally in 2012 on a student visa. However, the 35-year-old Congolese national’s visa was terminated in 2015 because he failed to remain a student.

Meanwhile, court records show that he racked up “multiple arrests and two misdemeanor convictions, one for controlled substances and one for sexual abuse.” Ngoy pled guilty in 2017 in Washington D.C. to the sexual abuse misdemeanor and was sentenced to 120 days in prison and nine months probation.

Ngoy was reportedly never deported because “he received a ‘withholding of removal’ from an immigration judge in March 2019 after the Board of Immigration Appeals found that his misdemeanor sex offense was not a ‘serious crime’ that would have made him ineligible for such a stay.”

Police arrested 35-year-old Fiston Ngoy, who is homeless, Wednesday night on charges including rape, sexual assault, and aggravated indecent assault without consent after he allegedly attacked a woman on board a train near Philadelphia. Throughout the attack, multiple witnesses failed to intervene or call 911 as Ngoy allegedly tore off the woman’s clothes and assaulted her.
Police said Monday that the man harassed the woman for about 40 minutes while nobody on the train intervened. He eventually began ripping off her clothes, sexually assaulting, and raping her as she attempted to push him away, police said according to WPVI. Ngoy told police in a statement that he knew the woman, but could not remember her name. He also claimed that the encounter was consensual.

Reports have suggested that those who watched the rape happen and did not intervene could face criminal charges, although prosecuting such a case would be tricky.

“I’m appalled by those who did nothing to help this woman,” Timothy Bernhardt, the superintendent of the Upper Darby Township Police Department, said. “Anybody that was on that train has to look in the mirror and ask why they didn’t intervene or why they didn’t do something.”
Bernhardt said that there were enough people in the train car that “collectively, they could have gotten together and done something.”
“What this woman endured at the hands of this guy, what she’s been able to provide for us, it’s been unbelievable,” Bernhardt said.

Alexis Piquero, a criminologist at the University of Miami, said, “The onus is really on us as a collective because we can’t always rely on the police. We have to rely on one another.”

This is entirely possible. It is characteristic of all reports of immigrants raping women everywhere is that nobody ever says anything about the immigration status of the victims of these rapes. The illegal was Congolese which means that it is likely that his only European language was French. If the victim was also Congolese, and the harassment was in a foreign language, then it is entirely understandable that people would be inclined to ignore it.

Sexual conduct among these immigration communities is often pretty awful and trying to sort out sexual relations among immigrants is not something for the uninitiated. Notice there doesn't appear to be any complaint from the victim. The complaint was probably initiated by an observer or security after the fact.

Yet another reason to throw these people out when we find them and wall them off from coming here. They bring the social problems endemic to their own societies here and we are unnaturally obliged to make them our own.

I have said over and over again, that these illegal alien women and their children are NO better than the men coming from these countries. Same goes for the refugees, TPS, and asylum liars. Their misery, their failed cultures, their beliefs, their ignorance, their inbreeding, their mental problems, are a direct threat to our peace, our prosperity, and our safety.

Who gives birth to these violent criminals, rapists, and gangs? The illegal alien women. Send them all back.

Now we have to witness these savages raping, stealing, knocking people down, mouthing off in our streets, and bankrupt us through anchor babies, welfare, food stamps, school, healthcare, lawyers, court costs, and jail costs. These women and children bring their misery here. The women are involved in crime, sex trafficking, drugs, they bed down with gangs, and their offspring grow up angry, hateful, violent people. They resent they were brought here as children and they hate us for not sending them back. These children will have severe psychological trauma the rest of their lives for what this rotten government full of swamp rats are doing on that border and not locking it down for good.

We need our military to step in, have full authority, to conduct a massive deportation effort and take back control of our border and our country.
