So it turns out that the 10-year-old who traveled to Indiana to receive an abortion, cited by Joe Biden, was repeatedly raped by an illegal alien who was able to avoid deportation from America for at least seven years!

Child rapes by illegals are a sizeable problem, as documented by the NC-based state group NC FIRE.

Child rape is more common in third-world countries where many of our illegal aliens herald from because laws to protect women and children go unenforced.
