(Washington, DC) Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) supports Kansas Senator Roger Marshall's recent call to declare the Biden-Harris border disaster an invasion and invoke Article IV of the US Constitution but questions why Senator Marshall endorses a form of Amnesty and citizenship for millions of illegals he now deems invaders.
Invoking the Constitution's invasion clause would allow the US military to stop and return illegals which contradicts Senator Marshall's desire for illegals to stay and integrate into America.
ALIPAC is adding Senator Marshall to the Cantor List for his deception, duplicity, and support for Amnesty.
Yesterday, Sen. Marshall's office told Breitbart's Mathew Boyle that the Senator plans to
"push the U.S. Senate to adopt via unanimous consent a resolution declaring the open U.S. border with Mexico an “invasion” and "lay the blame for the border crisis squarely at Biden’s feet." (View Source)
Yet Republican Senator Roger Marshall shares blame for the destructive and deadly invasion of America because he has encouraged illegals to enter and remain in the US illegally by telling CJ Online's Justin Wingerter on July 16, 2015, he favors a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants currently in the United States...
“There has to be a pathway to at least have a job... but we need to find a way to get these people (illegals) into the system. If you’ve had a job and you had a negative drug screen and you don’t have a felony record, let’s get a way to integrate them (illegals) into our communities. We need them. We are tired of Republicans who talk tough on border security in election years while simultaneously supporting Amnesty for illegal aliens for their globalist big business paymasters.
