We need you to swing back in action today on three important efforts.

1. We need a new round of calls and e-mails to Arkansas today as Sen. Joyce Elliot plans to bring back her zombie in-state tuition bill for another vote today at 1PM! Let's ring those phones of the hook to shut this bill down for good.

We also need more calls and emails into Colorado where we expect a vote time to be announced on Romer's bill. We have some good news to share with you soon out of NJ, but the battle is still raging in OR and Arkansas.

This is still in committee, isn't it? Wasn't it in the last committee 13 to 21 voted down? How did pro-illegal Sen. Elliott get elected?

The vote down 13-21 was a full Arkansas state Senate vote, not a committee vote. The bill is coming back before the entire state senate this afternoon.

MONDAY UPDATE:

The Arkansas Legislature has adjourned for the day and although the bill was scheduled for a vote they did not vote on it.

You can continue to fill their inboxes and voicemails in Arkansas.
