Supporters of ALIPAC:

We receive a lot of e-mails and phone calls from US Citizens that have questions about what can be done to fight illegal immigration and the Open Borders Lobby from a legal standpoint. While we always make it clear that ALIPAC cannot dispense legal advice, we would like to see what our human resources are in the legal arena.

If you are an attorney and you would be willing to privately discuss some of the most Frequently Asked Questions we receive, please reply to this e-mail indicating the state you are authorized to practice law in and what your specific field of law is.

By gathering this information privately, we may be able to provide some suggestions and information for our supporters that can help in the fight. We are always working to expand our knowledge base and operations in this struggle.

Examples: "Can the families of victims killed by illegal aliens file a class action suit against the US Government?" or "Can groups and individuals that are attacked with false accusations as part of a smear campaign by the Open Borders Lobby file suit?"

You may reply to this e-mail directly or contact William Gheen via WilliamG@alipac.us

Our hearts and prayers go out to Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean and their families. While they made mistakes on the Border, Americans from coast to coast are very disturbed to see the White House take sides with drug smuggling illegal aliens over our Border Patrol officers. We hope that prison officials will recognize they need to take special security precautions to protect these two men as their lives are now in danger inside of prison. Special thanks to all of you that fought hard for these men and to the 55 Republican members of Congress that have called for them to be pardoned and for an investigation.
