Matt Bevin Endorsed for US Senate against amnesty supporter Mitch McConnell

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is endorsing Matt Bevin's campaign for US Senate in the GOP Primary against the incumbent Mitch McConnell due to McConnell's covert support for Senate Bill 744 which grants a form of mass amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants in America.

While McConnell voted against the bill knowing that his Republican constituents in Kentucky oppose amnesty by a large majority, talk radio show hosts and other lawmakers indicate that Mitch McConnell fought to pass the bill behind the scenes in his roll as leader of the Senate Republicans. By contrast, Matt Bevin has completed ALIPAC's single question 2014 federal candidate survey indicating he opposes any form of amnesty and supporters America' existing border and immigration laws instead.

"It is duplicitous Republicans like Mitch McConnell who are hurting America the most by trapping voters on issues like illegal immigration and amnesty!' said William Gheen President of ALIPAC. "Mitch McConnell is trying to hide his advocacy for amnesty for illegal immigrants in order to deceive Republican voters. That is why we are endorsing his rival Matt Bevin who is offering us a choice against amnesty for illegals."

Talk radio show host Mark Levin exposed Mitch McConnell's covert support for Marco Rubio's illegal immigrant amnesty legislation on his radio show including his April 30, 2013 broadcast where he said "...Senate Minority leader Mitch McConnell Republican Kentucky made clear to Lindsey Graham and John McCain that Rubio's participation would be critical to winning conservative support.... Mitch McConnell is a wily old guy...Mitch McConnell is pushing for this bill behind the scenes!" Senators McCain and Graham are notorious GOP supporters of amnesty for illegals.

Matt Bevin is considered to be in a very close race with Mitch McConnell because McConnell has angered conservative Republican voters on many issues including his support for illegal alien amnesty.

Matt Bevin has indicated to ALIPAC that he "Support Americans and legal immigrants by supporting the adequate enforcement of America's existing border and immigration laws as the US Constitution requires for the protection of American jobs, elections, taxpayer resources, health, and lives."
