Three newly reported cases of gang rapes on American soil by 'immigrants' are leading ALIPAC to inquire about the immigration status of suspects in new reports from New York and North Carolina.
While gang rape used to be a rare crime in America it is now becoming more prevalent due to rampant illegal immigration from countries where rape laws are seldom enforced and the US government's encouraging illegals by suspending most immigration laws designed to protect Americans.
Authorities have detained 29-year-old Victor Aureliano Martinez Ramirez who is an illegal immigrant accused of sexually assaulting and murdering retired air force veteran 64-year-old Marilyn Pharis with a hammer in Santa Maria California. Ramirez had been arrested 4 times prior to this case without being deported as the current laws passed by Congress require and is now charged with murder, first-degree burglary with person present, assault with intent to commit rape, sexual penetration by foreign object and resisting a peace officer. Articles report that another man also raped Pharis who fought them tooth and nail qualifying this home invasion as a gang rape. (source)
The two new cases that ALIPAC is seeking immigration status information for the suspects are...
-- Isaiah Rivera, 31, Joey Cruz, 26, and Fernando Sandel, 26, have allegedly been involved in three gang rapes since June 28 according to an article from NBC 4 New York Monday, Aug 10, 2015. These suspects are accused in a June 28 rape and robbery of a 20-year-old woman on a South Bronx rooftop, an Aug. 3 rape and robbery of a 34-year-old woman at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, near Grand Central Terminal, and an Aug. 4 rape and robbery of a 32-year-old woman in her apartment near Gramercy Park. The two women who reported the most recent rapes told investigators they were sprayed in the face with pepper spray or a similar irritant and tied up. (source)
-- WRAL in Raleigh, NC reports four teenaged Hispanic teenagers have been charged with raping a 14-year-old child in Lee County, NC. Miguel Angel Alvarez, 17, of 301 Star Lane, Sanford, Oliver Hernandez, 16, of 45 Big Springs Road, Sanford, a 15-year-old and 14-year-old were each charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping and first-degree sexual offense. According to investigators, the girl was raped April 21. (source)
"We need to know if these new gang rape reports are also related to our government's policies and intentional failure to enforce existing immigration and border laws designed to protect American jobs, health, and lives." said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "A new surge of illegals are pouring in from around the globe because the Obama administration and local illegal immigration supporters have sent a clear message that our nation's defenses have been sabotaged from within. The sacking of modern Rome is underway and untold numbers of our innocent citizens are being raped, pillaged, and murdered by illegals!"
