State AGs Encouraged to Join Lawsuit against Biden's illegal “parole pathway”

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC's renowned national network of activists are taking aim at the Biden-Harris administration's efforts to decrease the unprecedented visible flow of illegal alien invaders over the southern border by diverting them into a new concealable and highly unlawful “parole pathway” in the run-up to the 2024 elections.

This new overt violation of the Constitution and America's existing immigration laws is being challenged by 20 GOP-led states in the U.S. District Court's Southern District of Texas, where Democrats hope to move the case to a different jurisdiction with a judge favorable to their invasion and overthrow plans.

A current copy of the lawsuit (View HERE) says the states of Texas, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming have joined, and ALIPAC wants to see more states join the lawsuit soon.

Today, ALIPAC.us activists are being asked to contact the Governors and Attorney Generals of their states (View List) to say...

"I want our state of _____ to join and support the lawsuit against the Biden Harris illegal and unconstitutional PAROLE PATHWAY Amnesty for 30,000 illegals per month to be shipped into Democrat-controlled blue zones in preparation for the 2024 elections. These illegal workers and voters are being imported by cartels and corrupt government employees and politicians intent upon the invasion of our states and overthrow of our Republic!"

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is leading the charge announcing in a press conference...

"Every state in America, especially border states like Texas, is being crushed by the impacts of illegal immigration. The Biden open borders agenda has created a humanitarian crisis that is increasing crime and violence in our streets, overwhelming local communities, and worsening the opioid crisis. This unlawful amnesty program, which will invite hundreds of thousands of aliens into the U.S. every year, will only make this immigration crisis drastically worse!"


A supermajority of Americans of all races and walks of life oppose the illegal immigration and Amnesty taking place in America due to the sabotage of existing immigration laws by Democrats, RINO Republicans, Billionaires like Soros, and other traitors to the Constitution. Democrat leaders fearing the wrath of legal US voters are eager to start shipping illegals into America through different locations so they are not seen crossing the borders as often.

Yet the historic illegal immigration invasion of America continues as a testament to the loss of Constitutional governance and the Rule of Law for all US citizens.
