What: A counter protest in support of our local police, immigration enforcement, the Rule of Law, self governance, and the 287(g) program.

When: Today, Wednesday April 8, 2009, 2-5pm

Where: 100 block of Maple Street, Graham, NC in front of the Alamance County Sheriff's Department offices

Details: Illegal immigrants and their supporters plan to march on the Alamance County Sheriff's department to oppose the 287(g) program used by Sheriff Terry Johnson and many other NC police jurisdictions. This program lowers crime rates and protects American lives and property from illegal aliens with broader criminal involvement.
Pro immigration enforcement groups that are representative of the 81 percent of Americans who favor local police enforcing immigration laws are counter protesting today.
