PAC Opposes Rep. McCaul's 'Secure The Border Never Bill' HB 399

PAC Opposes Rep. McCaul's 'Secure The Border Never Bill' HB 399

(Washington, DC) Americans for Legal Immigration Political Action Committee (ALIPAC.us) is asking the group's legendary activists, who have played a crucial role in stopping legislative amnesty for illegal immigrants more than six times in the last ten years, to take action this week in support of Senator Jeff Session's and Representative David Brat's efforts to stop the "Secure the Border First" bill HB 399 offered by Representative Michael McCaul (R-TX) scheduled for a vote this Wednesday!

Sessions and Brat are trying to rally Americans to their side against the bill because they feel the bill will not secure the border and will distract from legislative attempts to defund or stop Obama's clearly unconstitutional amnesty decrees, which are using taxpayer resources to process millions of illegal immigrants with a form of amnesty that has been defeated by Congress and the public many times.

"'Secure the Borders First means 'Secure the Borders Never'! It is a talking point used by Republicans who support amnesty for illegals. We stand with Senator Sessions and Congressman Dave Brat whom we trust on immigration issues!" said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "We hope Jeff Sessions will run for President in 2016 and that Dave Brat's victory over amnesty supporter Eric Cantor can be repeated in many GOP primaries in the next round of elections! Congressman Michael McCaul's bill is part of the "secure the borders first" amnesty plot in which John Boehner and Mitch McConnell feign opposition to Obama and amnesty while secretly working to make Obama's gross violations of our Constitution and existing border and immigration laws permanent using what they call a "step by step" process. The first step in that process is to trick Americans with a secure borders bill, and Michael McCaul and his bill are the first step in that deceptive political theater!"

ALIPAC is asking all activists to get on the phones to all Republican members of Congress immediately using online contact resources like those found at this link -- http://www.house.gov/representatives/.

ALIPAC is also standing with Kenneth Palinkas, President of the National Citizenship and Immigration Services Council representing 12,000 United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) adjudicators and personnel. Mr Palinkas says HB 399 puts federal security workers in danger, is a global joke, and will allow amnesty for anyone presenting themselves at the border saying the right things just like all of the young illegal aliens Obama allowed in during the Border Surge of illegal immigrant minors in 2014!

Activists are being asked to tell Republicans to "Oppose Michael McCaul's border security bill HB 399 because no new legislation will stop illegal immigration until Obama's amnesty decree and overthrow of the US Constitution and existing laws is stopped and more is done to show America is willing to remove large numbers of illegals already in our country. Illegals must go home as our existing laws state; otherwise they will stay and become Democrat voters that will derail any future attempts to protect Americans with borders and immigration laws! Stop McCaul, Boehner, and McConnell from helping Obama and illegal immigrants with amnesty and bills that pretend to secure the borders. 'Secure the borders first' (before amnesty) equals secure our borders never!"

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC's main website at www.alipac.us is the world's largest archive of information, news, and activism on the topic of illegal immigration. ALIPAC has over 50,000 supporters and activists receiving the group's free email alerts and these activists relay information to others using emails, talk radio shows, and social media.

While ALIPAC has over half a million people on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter (click for list), the organization is warning everyone not to depend on Facebook and to use the email alerts and homepage at www.alipac.us instead since Facebook and its founder Mark Zuckerberg are committed to Obama and amnesty for illegal aliens and are using their power to block, censor, and manipulate information posted on sites they control.
