    Good Job North Carolina. Pulling Hagan over from the Dark Side was a monumental feat! Keeping her here will be even more monumental.

    There are a number of Yes voting Democrats and one Republican where the support for Amnesty, jobs and education for illegal aliens instead of American Citizens could be made a focus point issue during their 2012 reelection bids.

    When I look at the states involved their economic dynamics, political trends and potential competing candidates my initial view is there are at least several traitors waiting to be defeated. Look forward to supporting Pro-American candidates that will run against them.

    Republcican traitor:

    Lugar IN ** 6 ** Bennett (UT) was an institution too; depends on primary opponent. This should be the #1 priority of all anti-amnesty activists. We should pick one suitable challenger, pour the money in and work like everything to cast a cloud over Lugar from today forward. Recently, I read Lugar has already stashed a huge warchest of several million. He knows what is coming. This will take a huge effort and in all likelihood he is going to have to be attacked by grassroots activists beyond anything ever seen in a primary and made so personally miserable that he decides it is not worth it. Since he will be 80 or so in 2012 he might not have the energy left to face the fury that could be directed at him for being a globalist traitor.

    Democrat traitors:

    McCaskill MO ** 9 ** She is in obama's pocket, Missouri is not, #1 GOP target
    Webb VA ** 7 ** No longer a moderate, VA is shifting back center-right
    Brown OH ** 7 ** New Gov. performance and presidential race are key
    Conrad ND ** 7 ** State is Red as Fire, good opponent & poor dem turnout
    Khol WI ** 6 ** WI saw huge move against liberals toward GOP
    Casey PA ** 6 ** depends on opponent and poor dem turnout
    Stabenow MI ** 5 ** wildcard situation, probably got bailed out by bailouts

    There is a realistic chance to get rid of at least 4 traitors. But we have to start early and open some hard to close political wounds.

    Blanche Lincoln (D. Arkansas) did just as we expected her to do. She has EARNED the nickname "Amnesty Blanche". She was a co-sponsor but she would have voted for it this time no matter what. On top of her fundamental wrong headedness, she probably has a chip on her shoulder and more likely than not, a case of sour grapes. We Kicked her out of office in November in a resounding landslide. She lost 73 of 75 counties!!! We replaced her with John Boozman who has an " A " or better rating with numbers usa. This must have made a believer out of Mark Pryor (D. Arkansas) because he was one of (I think) four Democrats to vote no on cloture. I told his staffers to look no further than Blanche to see where those pro amnesty votes would get him. Fresh off the election, it must have resinated quite well. Yes, traitors definitely must be voted out. It gets the attention of their counterpart who will be up for re-election in the near future.

    Now, if we can make it into the new congress without Harry Reid pulling some "trick" out of his sleeve as he likes to do, perhaps we can get enforcement momentum in full force and finally begin to turn this insanity and lawlessness around for good. If we can do that, we should never let future generations forget what these traitors have tried to do to our country. Never forget....it can happen here.

    A new word for traitor! I love it!!

    Throw these quislings out of office in 2012, 2014 and 2016. Anyone who voted for the Dream Act has to go. Period.

    Update:
    Webb & Conrad have bowed out. The fight McCaskill is likey to face will be brutal especially since she recently went all in on obamacare all but ignoring the MO state referendum where voters overwhelmingly registered their voice in opposition to it. Then there is Lugar. Two possible candidates are emerging to take him on. One, State Senator Mike Delph, looks to be extremely strong on the illegal immigration issue and walks the walk. The time to get behind someone in Indiana is now since they will have to get their campaign organized and raise a lot of money to take on Lugar who has 3.5m+ waiting to spend in order to keep him pushing for amnesty and globalism.

    Below is legislation Delph has championed. This legislation is going to expose Governor Mitch Daniels for being a Bushbot of the worst order.

    State Sen. Mike Delph files legislation to crack down on illegal immigration in Indiana
    Overflow crowd expected for Senate Committee scheduled for Feb. 2
    STATEHOUSE (Jan. 18, 2011) - A hearing date has been set for Sen. Mike Delph's legislation aimed at protecting Hoosier taxpayers by cracking down on illegal immigration in Indiana.

    Delph (R-Carmel) said today his bill is scheduled to be heard at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 2, by the Senate Committee on Pensions and Labor in the Senate Chamber at the Statehouse.

    "It's time lawmakers united and said we will no longer allow Indiana to be a sanctuary for people who are in our country illegally," Delph said. "I encourage Hoosiers to attend the hearing and share their stories and viewpoints on the legislation on Feb. 2."

    Senate Bill 590 requires law enforcement who stop, detain or arrest anyone for violating a law or ordinance to ask for proof that the person is here legally if the officer has "reasonable suspicion" to believe otherwise. The bill also requires all state and local governmental units to use English for all correspondence including websites, documentation and meetings.

    "It's time that we put an end to press one for English and two for Spanish in our state," Delph said. "We also must remove the handcuffs from our law enforcement by providing them with the tools and training necessary to identify individuals in our country illegally and then transfer them to federal custody."

    Delph said the legislation also requires the Indiana Office of Management and Budget to calculate an estimate of the total cost of illegal immigration on the state of Indiana and make a written request to the U.S. Congress for reimbursement of these costs.

    "Currently, there are no hard figures on the true overall cost of illegal immigration is on Hoosier taxpayers," Delph said. "The Indiana Department of Corrections recently estimated they spend as much as $10 million each year and a national organization estimates the total cost to state and local agencies could be as high as $608 million - across Indiana. These numbers are very troubling when lawmakers are trying to stretch our state's tax dollars during this economic downturn. It's vital that we get more concrete figures so Hoosier taxpayers do not continue to pay the tab for the federal government's incompetence on illegal immigration."

    SB 590 also prohibits Indiana employers from knowingly employing illegal immigrants, places violators on three-year probation and requires violators to file quarterly reports concerning all new hires to the Indiana Attorney General's Office.

    If a second violation occurs, the employer could have their business license suspended for no more than 30 days, receive up to 10 years probation and be required to file quarterly reports. A third violation could result in the permanent loss of the business license in Indiana.

    Delph said his legislation provides immunity from the penalties for an employer who verifies the work status of an employee using the E-Verify System, a federal system free to employers who want to confirm citizenship or legal employability.

    SB 590 includes several other provisions targeting illegal immigration across Indiana:

    Prohibits a governmental body in Indiana from enacting a law or policy restricting law enforcement from cooperating with federal officials on illegal immigration;
    Requires local law enforcement to request the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to issue a detainer for a suspect verified to be in the country illegally, which gives local authorities the authorization needed to transfer the person to federal custody;
    Allows local law enforcement to transport an individual verified to be in the country illegally to a federal facility in Indiana or any other point of transfer into federal custody if the federal government agrees to the transfer;
    Provides illegal immigrants are not eligible for financial aid, grants or scholarships and are not eligible to pay in-state tuition rates at state colleges or universities;
    Requires all state agencies and local government units to use the E-Verify System to check work eligibility status of all newly hired employees;
    Bans state agencies and local governments from entering into or renewing a public contract unless the contractor and subcontractors verify they do not employ illegal immigrants;
    Disallows state agencies and local governments from awarding a grant of more than $1,000 to a business unless they sign and show documentation that the business is enrolled and participating in the E-Verify program;
    Prohibits a business entity from claiming or receiving a deduction or credit for a statewide tax, property tax exemption, deduction credit or loan from the state unless they sign and show documentation that the business is enrolled and participating in the E-Verify program;
    Allows state agencies or local governments to terminate a public contract without penalty if the contractor knowingly employs illegal immigrants;
    Mandates the Indiana Department of Corrections to verify the status of all offenders committed to a correctional facility;
    Instructs the Indiana Department of Workforce Development to verify citizenship before determining eligibility for unemployment benefits;
