    Welcome to ALIPAC. I'm no lawyer but I dont think it is if they use the Federal Program Available which does a simple check.

    Employers follow the law in verifying legal employment.

    Not nessisarily so, Illegal Immigration laws are Federal and can not be altered by State. All businesses must have all employees screened and on record mainly for taxing purposes.

    Speaking of taxes.

    I think that all businesses that knowingly hire illegals, should also penalized for tax fraud.
