Sounds like this Guiterrez guy has to go.
Well look at it from his warped anti-American point of view. If we let everyone in who wants in like he wants, there won't be very many illegal aliens sneaking in or needing to be caught and deported.

Hopefully, his ignorance of introducing such legislation at this time will work against him, angering even more citizens, many of who may have previously supported amnesty before the economy tanked, but now would not support any such measures which would further negatively impact American workers.

This could also be intentionally coordinated with the Obama administration to coincide with the need to increase our military due to the surge in Afghanistan, increasing violence in Iraq which could alter or delay the scheduled troop withdrawals, and other current and future empire-building operations such as in Colombia, Ukraine, Africa, etc., etc., i.e., guaranteed jobs and citizenship in exchange for military service. Hmmm.....reminiscent of the Roman Empire? Deja Vu???

The only way we can rid ourselves of traitors like Luis Gutierrez would be to mandate every voter registration be E-Verified! As long as IAs get to vote such traitors will continue to be elected.

The text of H.R.4321 has not yet been received from GPO
Bills are generally sent to the Library of Congress from the Government Printing Office a day or two after they are introduced on the floor of the House or Senate. Delays can occur when there are a large number of bills to prepare or when a very large bill has to be printed.

Here's another interesting Bill parked in committee waiting to pounce. Keep an eye on this one:

    H.R.1751
Title: To amend the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 to permit States to determine State residency for higher education purposes and to authorize the cancellation of removal and adjustment of status of certain alien students who are long-term United States residents and who entered the United States as children, and for other purposes.
Sponsor: Rep Berman, Howard L. [CA-28] (introduced 3/26/2009) Cosponsors (106)
Latest Major Action: 5/14/2009 Referred to House subcommittee. Status: Referred to the Subcommittee on Higher Education, Lifelong Learning, and Competitiveness.

Here's another little-known piece of legislation waiting in the wings. Be sure and take note of the list of sponsors, short as it may be:

    H.R.938

They don't! They have the power to custom-tailor the laws to suit their agenda, and the funding to make it a reality.

They have the best personal protection money can buy, and likely additional layers beyond that.

Now all but impervious to the will of the people they can work together to accomplish whatever they so choose. Thanks to the un-informed and ill-educated minions who gave them their alleged mandate, they will succeed in reforming this once great nation into a serfdom of epic proportions.

Expect that serfdom to expand and encompass the planet in due time, because that is the master plan. First however they have to complete the financial blood-letting to soften up the resistance to their designs. The next 12-18 months are going to be painful...very painful indeed.

Just in case there are still some folks holding out hope for a reversal in 2010 elections, you might want to analyze that with great scrutiny. The electoral process is every bit as corrupt as the government now in control of it.

Woe be to the few honest men and women who still prowl the halls of power in Washington, DC. They are surrounded on every side by enemies plotting their downfall, and we the people who put them in their positions are all but powerless to help them.
