Sonia Sotomayo is only the beginning. The Constitution and American lifestyle of freedom are under attack. In that she is a memb3er of La Raza you can expect more amnesty and less border control efforts in any case brought before the Supreme Court if she has her way.

My heart cries and is heavy for my lost country. The 535 leaders of this country need to be recalled and/or impeached. We now have a Fascist form of government and our Constitution needs to be retired until the people are fit to have it.

As part of la raza she clearly favors the hispanic race and agenda. This includes amensty for criminals that invade our country like cockroaches and leech off welfare, food stamps and the like. Then have babies who are rewarded with citizenship for their parents being criminals. Their citizenship i believe is a joke and they are leeching off my tax dollars citizen or not. There is not doubt in any same americans mind that the new leftist judge will use her "wise latina" education to block any attempt to kick illegals out and quit giving their droppings ( babies) free citizenship to get welfare, medicare and the like. That is part of the problem iwth healthcare. The anchor babies are many of the uninsured, but since they are american citizens they are not separted to show people the problem with giving the country away. Why should my tax payer take care of a kid because her mom swam across the rio grande?

If you want liberals who want to give the county away then you would vote them into office. A criminal act is void and the so-called anchor baby law grants citizenship to slaves so on at least two counts so-called anchor babies are not U.S. citizens.

You can't legally commit crime for gain.

I know this has been covered and almost everything legislators write is ambiguous but the intent is clear that the section of the 14th ammendment that is being used to justify citizenship for Illegal immigrant children was clearly designed to right the injustices and dehumanization of slavery.

A legal concept cannot be self contradictory yet in pratice they often are, however we are not dealing with a simple legal priciple we are talking about the Constitution the frame work for the legal justice system and that cannot contradict itself. The babies of foreign invaders cannot possibly be U.S. citizens it fundamentally violates the concept that the Constitution was designed to protect against enemies from within and without, that we live by the rule of law and due process, that the Constitution protects citizens and their property rights. Probably I could add far more points as could many others but the basic point is there cannot be a law the rewards breaking a law let alone a Constitutional principle.

Though Sotomayor has been confirmed in the Senate, she is one of nine. And I know she will tiptoe after the fuss about her for a while. But after that while, who knows?

I know that and you know that, but most elected officials seem not to know that. You are preaching to the chior, but with her on the court that is one more person that will keep achor babies considered citizens. we we debate healthcare i think the amount o anchor babies leeching needs to be brought up.
