Thread: ALIPAC Damages Are Under Repair

Friends of ALIPAC,

We apologize to all of you who had trouble reaching or using our website over the last few days.

A new webmaster we hired to conduct repairs on our site caused us a great deal of damage and we do not know if that damage was a result of incompetence or malice yet.

To mitigate the damage, we restored a backup of the site and have lost 5 days of news and posts that our team is working to restore now.

If you have any problems accessing our site or any features or logging in at www.ALIPAC.us, please let us know.

We are aware of three issues that you need not report. Some of us are having variable speed problems using ALIPAC.us, the e-mail notifications on forum posts are down, and the number of times posts in forums are read is not functioning. We are attempting to conduct running repairs so we can be back in battle full force tomorrow morning!

If you have trouble accessing ALIPAC.us, before you report problems, please clear out your Internet Browser Cache memory using steps you see detailed here...

Then restart your computer to make sure no earlier versions of ALIPAC are in our computer's memory.

If you do that and still encounter problems not detailed in this e-mail, please write to WilliamG@alipac.us describing the problems you encounter at ALIPAC.us in specific detail. Please include what kind of web browser you are using when you encounter the problem (ex. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome).

Many thanks to the ALIPAC activists and officers who sprang into action this past weekend to resuscitate and secure ALIPAC.us.

Please help us test ALIPAC.us today and please be ready to spring into action and continue our momentum against Amnesty 2013 in the morning!

Got the email message notification from you just fine this morning.

The link from the email notifcation message you sent my email brought me to the home page not this page. I don't think any one else posted on this message yet though..

I have gotten no other email notifications on any other posts

No message on my facebook page from alipac..

Speed seems fine, and browsing these boards seems good ...

Please recheck Facebook. link to this message on our homepage was posted to all our Facebook accounts shortly after the email went out.
