ALIPAC Endorses Senate Campaign of Ted Cruz for Opposition to Amnesty

ALIPAC Endorses Senate Campaign of Ted Cruz for Opposition to Amnesty

    Feb. 15, 2018

Reacting to the shocking report from The Washington Times that eight pro-Amnesty Republicans have now cut a deal with Sen. Schumer on a 64 page bill they plan to vote on today, which offers Amnesty to future illegal immigrants and protection for 11 million illegals from deportation, ALIPAC is issuing a new endorsement for Senator Ted Cruz and calling for angry Americans who oppose Amnesty to bombard the Senate with opposition calls immediately! (View The Washington Times Report)

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is endorsing the U.S. Senate campaign of Senator Ted Cruz today because of his fierce opposition to the current Amnesty for illegal immigrants bills currently being debated in the U.S. Senate.

Cruz appeared on Fox and Friends this morning and warned the nation that language in the bills about building a southern border wall with a trust fund and cracking down on illegal immigration would not happen, but the Amnesty would happen just like the failed Amnesty of 1986 which created today's illegal immigration crisis in America.

"We should not be granting citizenship to people who are here illegally," Senator Cruz told Fox and Friends and explained, "that is dramatically to the left of Barack Obama! Why are Republicans trying to triple that?" Cruz said the polls saying 70% of Americans want Amnesty are false and that if Republicans passed an Amnesty, the GOP would eventually lose both houses. ALIPAC activists are calling DC offices today to encourage Republican Senators to "Vote No on Cloture" on any immigration bills today in an effort to stop Amnesty for illegal aliens.

"Right now, Senator Ted Cruz is telling more truth about these nationally destructive Amnesty bills than any other Senator in Washington. He is right about the fake polls designed to convince America most citizens want Amnesty when the opposite is true. Cruz is right that Americans cannot trust promises to build a wall or enforce our laws in the future in exchange for Amnesty, citizenship, and voting rights for millions of illegals, who will in turn give Democrats full and permanent control of U.S. elections, laws, and government within a decade of passage! Ted Cruz is right and that is why we are endorsing his Senate campaign today," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC.

ALIPAC agrees with Senator Cruz that President Trump's current support for Amnesty and voting rights for 1.8 million illegal immigrants violates his numerous campaign promises to deport illegals and oppose Amnesty.

Americans for Legal immigration PAC dropped endorsements for U.S. Senators Tom Cotton and Chuck Grassley on Monday of this week due to their unexpected and unfortunate support for one of the Amnesty bills being pushed in the Senate today. (View Release)

ALIPAC activists are being asked to vote for, volunteer for, and donate to the campaign of Ted Cruz for U.S. Senate (Here), and Senator Cruz is now added to the organization's list of endorsed candidates for the 2018 elections. (View)

For more information about ALIPAC's efforts to stop Amnesty legislation again in Washington and to support federal candidates who stand with the 67% of likely GOP primary voters who want America's existing immigration laws enforced instead of any form of DACA Amnesty, please visit www.ALIPAC.us

I like and trusted Ted Cruz during his campaign for President and still do. As anyone that was here through the campaign primaries knows. His message was consistent then and still is. IMO, Ted Cruz is an asset to Texas and the country. Good luck in your campaign, Ted Cruz.
