24 Hours till Ground Troops Needed in Your State Legislature

    ALIPAC activists,

We are ready and set to go in 24 hours when we hope our activists will go to the ground in the halls of state legislatures where we need face to face visits from Americans like you to tell state level lawmakers, "No licenses or in-state tuition for illegals. Oppose Obama's illegal dictates on immigration!"

We have determined that the illegal alien invasion backers are beating Americans because their activists and hired gun lobbyists are face to face with lawmakers and Americans like you who represent the 80% of the public on our side... are not.

If you would like to help us increase the impact of tomorrow's effort with a donation, we need funds for our online ads reaching other Americans and to make prints and copies of handout materials for lawmakers. Please donate to ALIPAC's "National Day of Lobbying State Lawmakers" effort using our secure donations link...

    Tuesday morning April 28, 2015......

    Please take the following steps....

    1. Travel to your state legislature and walk the halls meeting with your lawmakers and any others who will listen. This is the most effective thing you can do to fight illegal immigration and amnesty. If you are coming to help us try to stop HB 328 "licenses for illegal" bill in NC, please write WilliamG@alipac.us so we can meet up and lobby together.

    2. If there is simply no way possible you can meet with lawmakers face to face and hand out materials you print up from home, then please get on the phones to call lawmakers to speak with them and staff. Using the phones to talk with lawmakers and staff is the second most effective thing you can do.

    3. If you will not go in person and you will not use the phone, then please send emails to your state lawmakers expressing your concerns. While email is the least effective thing you can do, it is better than doing nothing.

Here are several resources we have compiled for you to use for tomorrows state legislature lobbying day.

Additional info from NumbersUSA. Phone numbers of committee members!

    Calling the House Finance Committee

Please call Republican committee members using the suggested talking points. If your representative is listed, it is critical that you mention you are a constituent. We have purposely excluded Chairman Harry Warren (the bill's sponsor) and Rep. Jonathan Jordan. If you decide to contact them, please slam their promotion of this bill.

"Please vote NO on HB328. It's a wolf in sheep's clothing that gives North Carolina driving privileges to illegal aliens. Rather than license illegal aliens driving without one, why don't you substantially increase penalties for driving without a license and enforce the law to the max? The best way to increase highway safety and protect citizens is to encourage illegal aliens to leave our state."

    Contacting the House Speaker

Please call and email House Speaker Tim Moore -- 919-733-3451; Tim.Moore@ncleg.net -- with the above message!
I would suggest concentrating on Paul Stam, Nelson Dollar, and Jeff Collins.

If I can get to bed at a decent hour, I might try to go. Are you going straight to 544 Legislative Office Building? I can only stay a couple of hours.

HB 328 is not on the calendar for the finance committee tomorrow but I may go to 544 LOB to speak with some committee members.

Jeff Collins is a sponsor of HB 328 so trying to talk him out of it might be wasted breath, but ya never know.
