Special Media Advisory: Fremont, NE Illegal Immigration Law Upheld, AP Lied

Special Media Advisory: Fremont, NE Illegal Immigration Law Upheld! Associated Press Deception Must Be Stopped

THIS IS A SPECIAL MEDIA ADVISORY TO ALL AMERICAN MEDIA.

WARNING: The Associated Press report all of you are receiving written by Josh Funk and dated February 20, 2012 - 4:32 pm titled, "Federal judge rejects most of Nebraska city's illegal immigration ordinance," is unbalanced, incomplete, and factually inaccurate.

The Associated Press article that will run in most of the newspapers in America tomorrow only cites one source,
Shirley Mora James, an attorney who fought against the city law in Fremont designed to crack down on illegal immigration. The article claims that most of the law was blocked.

Leslie Reed of the WORLD-HERALD BUREAU is reporting that the court upheld most of the law or approximately 3/4 of the law. The only provision that was blocked was the part about stopping people from renting to illegal aliens. The parts about stopping people from hiring illegal immigrants were upheld, thus clearing the way for many other cities to follow Fremont, Nebraska's lead.

ALL MEMBERS OF THE AMERICAN MEDIA SHOULD COMPARE REPORTS on our website at ALIPAC.us at this link....
Federal judge rejects most of Nebraska city's illegal immigration ordinance

ALIPAC will be distributing the upheld version of the Fremont ordinance this week, asking our national network to approach city officials from coast to coast with the measure.

I wonder if these so called reporters recall the basics of the 5 w's. Seems they have become fiction writers when reality does not fit their personal views.

UPDATE: More from the Associated Press this afternoon.

    Correction: BC-US--Nebraska Immigration story

    Posted: Tuesday, February 21, 2012 4:20 pm | Updated: 5:03 pm, Tue Feb 21, 2012.

In early versions of a Feb. 20 story about a federal judge's ruling on a challenge to an illegal immigration law in Fremont, Neb., The Associated Press erroneously reported most of the law had been rejected by the court. Later versions of the story correctly reflected that while the court rejected part of the law that would have denied housing permits to illegal immigrants, it also upheld other aspects of the law, including a requirement that employers verify the citizenship status of prospective employees.
