Special Alert: ALIPAC's Game Plan for Nov 6 Elections

    Friends of ALIPAC,

There are over 25,000 of us on this e-mail alert list and over 10,000 people visit our website each day. We are truly becoming a national force.

Your attention and votes can have a great impact in the elections, in a few days, on Tuesday, November 6.

While not every state has elections on this day, many states have city, county, and statewide races.

We need each ALIPAC Activist to take the following steps.

    1. Determine if you have local elections on Tuesday.
    2. Determine who is running.
    3. Make calls and research online to find out which candidates stand with the ALIPAC platform.
    4. Make sure you vote and you bring others that share your concerns out to vote.
    5. Consider making a contribution or volunteering to help candidates you ID as being with our cause and with the public.

You can determine who is running locally by picking up a local newspaper or by visiting your county or state board of elections website.

WE MUST STRESS THAT YOU SHOULD DISREGARD ANY ADVICE OR ENDORSEMENTS MADE BY LIBERAL NEWSPAPERS.

To locate your candidates and local boards of elections please visit our homepage www.alipac.us and use the Google search box on the right of your screen.

You can search for boards of elections by entering the following type of search terms ex. "Idaho State Board of Elections" or "Wake County Board of Elections" or "Durham City Elections."

Once you have spotted the candidates, you can then use google to search the web or the ALIPAC website for information using search terms like.

    "Candidate John Smith City council"

YOUR BEST TOOL IS THE PHONE. LOCAL CANDIDATES ARE USUALLY EASY TO REACH BY PHONE AND WILLING TO TALK.

You should call every candidate running in your area or city regardless of district.

You can locate their phone numbers three ways. 1. Looking on the local Board of Elections website, 2. Looking in your phone book or 3. Visiting and searching at www.whitepages.com

    Sample Phone Conversation Starter

"May I speak with candidate _____ please? My name is ____ and I live in (City/state) and I am trying to decide whom my friends, family and I should vote for on Tuesday and I want to know if you have a position on illegal immigration?" (Let the candidate respond some)

"Would you say that you feel that A. Illegal Immigration is not a local problem? B. We can count on you to pass (state/city) laws that will crack down on illegal immigration like many states and cities have done across America?"

YOUR CALLS WILL INCREASE THE CHANCES OF CITY AND STATE ELECTED OFFICIALS TAKING ACTION IN THE FUTURE. YOU SHOULD ALSO INFORM THESE CANDIDATES.

"I know that over 80% of likely voters want a crackdown on illegal immigration and feel local elected officials should act as they have in Oklahoma, Georgia, Arizona, Hazleton, PA and Farmers Branch TX"

DON'T FORGET TO ASK FOR AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND FOLLOW UP YOUR CALLS WITH AN EMAIL REPEATING YOUR QUESTIONS AND MESSAGES.

Once you have determined where your candidates are at, spring into action to make sure you vote for the ones that stand with us and that you bring every friend, family member, and neighbor, you can out to vote for them.

A good example is Durham, NC, where a candidate for Mayor and two city council candidates are running against pro-sanctuary city candidates. If enough voters know about their stances and show up, they should win.

Another good example is that Joe Turner, the founder of Save Our State, is running for City Clerk in San Bernardino. Joe has worked for years for our cause and needs your votes!

They will not win if you are not willing to do the legwork and invest a few hours into immediate candidate research.

Our city candidates have been winning by huge margins across America. We have the advantage here, if enough of you will spring into action. Some of you may want to offer to volunteer or make a last minute contribution to any candidates you like and to be of more help than just votes!

It would be impossible for ALIPAC to analyze all of these races for you and you cannot depend on your local media to properly inform you as a voter. This will take legwork and elbow grease.

YOUR VOTE CAN MEAN A LOT IN THESE LOW TURNOUT RACES! MANY LOCAL RACES ARE DECIDED BY JUST A FEW VOTES!

Let us all turn our attention to these races and do all we can before the polls close on Tuesday, to get every vote we can into the boxes for every pro-immigration enforcement candidate we can locate.

Please post any questions or findings about candidates and races here at this link! Please review this link looking for info about candidates in your state or area!

Excellent information, William. A great "How To" guide to affecting elections in the right way at the local and area level. Very timely information.

Let's do it ALIPAC'ers. Find out where these politicians stand on illegal immigration at the very level that most affects you...LOCALLY!

In order not to be viewed as ungrammatical and therefore to avoid possibly being stereotyped as perhaps less than optimally educated: under the heading "Sample Phone Conversation Starter," instead of "...WHO ME my friends and family should vote for...", it's grammatically correct to say, "WHOM MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND I should vote for..." Just a suggestion.

IMHO it's best to be careful always to use correct grammar, especially in any "official-type" communicating representing or reflecting on ALIPAC, in order to present the best image possible and to avoid possibly even slightly alienating those who are sticklers for the use of correct grammar. Again, just a suggestion. Please take no offense.

    195th_Doc,

    Welcome to Alipac.

We strive for perfection and sometimes we don't make it by one letter.

    Thanks,

No problem, Dixie. None of us is perfect all of the time, except perhaps the Beltway insiders who know what's best and act contrary to what the majority in the nation want.

    195th_Doc,

Thanks for understanding! We are just grassroots humans outside of the Beltway.

I would threaten to cut the pay of my proof readers, but since they are all volunteers I'm sorta out of luck on that one lol
