Tea Parties Ready To Harness Immigration Backlash This Week!

Tea Parties Ready To Harness Immigration Backlash This Week

    October 26, 2009

    Contact: ALIPAC, www.alipac.us, (866) 703-0864

With only four days remaining until Congressman Luis Gutierrez files his Comprehensive Amnesty legislation, Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is moving into position to harness the dramatic public backlash by positioning the group on social media sites and preparing Tea Parties Against Amnesty to be held across America on November 14!

"We know that the honest polling data shows over three to one opposition to the Gutierrez Obama Comprehensive Amnesty path to citizenship legislation," says William Gheen of ALIPAC. "ALIPAC stands ready to organize and channel the backlash wave of anger that is coming into peaceful civic action designed to remove many lawmakers who do not serve the wishes or interests of their constituents in 2010!"

ALIPAC recently became the most supported organization in the nation on either side of the immigration debates on Twitter, Facebook, and Myspace. The group has even surpassed organizations with multi-million dollar budgets such as the National Council of La Raza.

"ALIPAC is dominating the pro-Amnesty groups in the social media just as we have on the web for years because truth be known we have much more support from the American public than they do!" said William Gheen.

Americans for Legal Immigration is also setting up "Tea Parties Against Amnesty" across the nation on November 14 to capture the backlash against the Gutierrez Obama Amnesty Bill.

The Tea Party Against Amnesty effort is being organized at www.AgainstAmnesty.com

This new website has fourteen events setup and seven hundred supporters after less than two weeks of operation. A huge wave of new supporters are expected, once Gutierrez Obama files his Amnesty bill.

"Make my day punk!" said Gheen. "Gutierrez and his fellow traitors in Washington know they are running out of time on this Amnesty legislation and since 78% of Americans oppose what they are trying to do and many consider it Treason."

The Tea Parties Against Amnesty on November 14 are only a warm up to collect support from the initial backlash and in preparation for a larger number of events being planned for the Spring of 2010, when the Amnesty battle will be full swing, if Gutierrez follows through with his threat to file a bill by October 30.

Reporters and activists can find more information or sign up as organizers and supporters at www.AgainstAmnesty.com

There is one in Fort lauderdale and I hope the turn out will be good. It is well known that many people in South Florida are fed up with all the illegals here. You don't need to look further than the comments people write after many articles in the Miami Herald about them.

    Dick Armey

I just don't know about these Tea Party people. They seem to be infested and co-opted by pro open borders C o C neo-con types like Dick Armey.

    JohnPershing,

The reason most people even know about the pro open borders positions of Dick Armey is because of ALIPAC's releases and video on those matters.

We have made it very clear that most of the tea party participants and grass roots organizers are with us on immigration, not Dick Armey.

Please remember to make that clear in your communications. If you have a problem with Armey that is fine, but do not alienate the 90% of Tea Party folks that are with us.

I have gone to several Tea Parties since May and open borders was NEVER
discussed in any of them! I have also watched several of them on TV and it was NOT mentioned there either! Tea Parties are made up of Republicans, Democrats, Independents, and some people who never or rarely vote!
All people are really upset over the way the Obama government is taking over our lives unnecessarily, almost completely! The banking industry, auto industry, and now the best healthcare system in the world, because it will allow the government to know just about everything there is to know about all the people in the country and then the government will have complete control over everyone. Hitler would have been so proud of BO! In fact Hitler started out in Germany using the same tactics as BO has been using. Wonder where BO got the ideas for this?
