Today's Amnesty Bill HR 6136 Would Silence 1.8 Million Trump Voters
For National Release | June 27, 2018
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) is asking activists who have helped defeat legislation that would give Amnesty to illegal immigrants many times in Washington to call GOP lawmakers today to warn that today's vote on HR 6136 could permanently silence almost two million American voters who supported Trump.
This legislation is considered to be Speaker Paul Ryan's "Compromise Bill," created in response to an attempt to force votes on Amnesty bills through a discharge petition. HR 6136 is titled the "Border Security and Immigration Reform Act," and it makes empty promises of future border enforcement in exchange for 1.8 illegal aliens receiving Amnesty now!
Breitbart News reports that a new national poll commissioned by Tea Party Patriots Action and conducted by McLaughlin & Associates found 3 of 5 likely midterm GOP voters are less likely to vote for any Republican that votes for an Amnesty bill like HR 6136.
Furthermore, the Amnesty and voting rights for at least 1.8 million illegal aliens would triple the impact of the contested DACA Amnesty while permanently countering and silencing the voices of 1.8 million Republicans, conservatives, or Trump voters in future US elections.
Studies have shown the vast majority of illegal immigrants given Amnesty under Reagan in 1986 joined the Democratic Party and played a key role in turning California from a Republican state to a Democrat stronghold permanently.
"We want every Trump supporter to call as many GOP lawmakers as possible in Washington, DC, today to oppose and defeat Amnesty bill HR 6136 because this legislation backed by Trump will permanently neutralize 1.8 million non-Democrat voters in US elections," explained William Gheen, who has a degree in political science and served as a campaign consultant for many years before becoming President of ALIPAC in 2004. "There is no need for new legislation for the President to invoke Article 4 of the US Constitution and our existing laws in order to stop and reverse illegal immigration and secure our borders without throwing 1.8 million of his own voters under the bus."
ALIPAC's e-mail alert network of more than 50,000 Americans are being asked to call GOP lawmakers before they vote on Amnesty bill HR 6136 today to say, "Ask Rep. _____ to oppose and vote against HR 6136 because it contains Amnesty that would permanently silence 1.8 million Trump voters in future US elections. He/she should remember that 3 of 5 likely Republican voters are less likely to support any Republican voting for HR 6136 according to the new poll conducted by McLaughlin & Associates."
