Thread: March 5 Deadline to End DACA Amnesty

Trump's deadline to end DACA Amnesty on March 5 is only a few days away! While some courts are pretending to order the program to remain, the truth is that they have no jurisdiction over the Presidential memos that created DACA. DACA is not a law, it was never voted on in Congress, all legislation imitating DACA Amnesty has been defeated in Congress numerous times, it is not even a formal Executive Order.

Therefore, judicial activists have no standing to insist DACA remain. Trump has said he may renew or continue DACA if Congress does not pass a permanent Amnesty law as he has asked! The program is as illegal today as it was when Obama created it out of thin air and President Trump has the right and power to end the program any moment by dictating a memo canceling Obama's unconstitutional order memos.

At ALIPAC, we have been successful stopping those Amnesty bills for the good of the nation and now we need to increase pressure for Trump to return the United States to normal law and Constitutional governance.

We want DACA terminated on Monday, March 5th, 2018 with NO new applications, NO path to stay, NO amnesty and NO renewal of work permits.

According to the Mexican Constitution Chapter 11 Article 20 Paragraph 11 "you are a Mexican by birth if born on Foreign Territory, sons or daughter of Mexican parents born in national territory." So "anchor babies", like DACAs are Mexican citizens if their parents are born in Mexico.
