Two Historic Victories in TX and MD tonight!

    Friends of ALIPAC:

We have exciting news to report.

City ordinances were passed tonight making history as the first anti-illegal immigration resolutions passed in Texas and Maryland.

Several ordinances cracking down on illegal immigration have passed in Farmers Branch Texas tonight after a protracted and contentious battle.

Several ALIPAC Activists were in the chamber when the resolutions passed 6-0 and they have been working with the council members for many weeks. The crowded room broke out in applause upon passage of these measures! MALDEF, LULAC, and the ACLU fought against us and lost. They were protesting out in the parking lot with people they bussed in from other areas.

These measures make English the official language of Farmers Branch and establishes fines for landlords that deal with illegal immigrants and allowed local authorities to screen suspects in police custody to see if they are in the country illegally

Special thanks to Councilman Tim O'Hare for putting the ball in motion and seeing the battle through.

We are proud that consultation with ALIPAC and the efforts of our activists and FOCUS CAMPAIGNS helped to make these measures a reality.

In Tayneytown, MD they passed the "English Language Unity Resolution" by a vote of 3-2! This ordinance makes English the official language of Taneytown and again the council chambers were packed.

The council members we are in contact with tell us that your e-mails and calls supporting these measures really made a big difference.

Those supporting our platform issues were very happy to have support come in from around the nation.

Special thanks to Councilman Paul E. Chamberlain, Jr. for taking this measure to the Taneytown council and getting it passed.

We are taking America back one city at a time and tonight we are doing it two cities at a time.

Go ALIPAC! Hurray for Farmers Branch and Taneytown!

PS: Univision is reporting this news to the Spanish audiences tonight. They called the ALIPAC lines around 11PM EST to confirm passage. Even if you do not see much in the American media, our opposition is up in arms about these victories.

This is great news, but I would imagine these towns will face the same problems that Hazelton is facing. We won the fight, but I suspect the war in those towns will continue. God willing and the creek don't rise, Tayneytown and Farmers Branch will stand fast against the the lawsuit(s) that are sure to follow.

The nations courts can only keep the people down for so long because we are the nation!

Our goal is to have so many towns taking action and so many ordinance variations that the ACLU will be unable to fight the flood!

Excellent! The ACLU definitely needs knocked down a few notches and this just may be the ticket.

We will not stop this until they are de-moralized and it is understood we will not give up our culture, traditions, language and country to a mob of illegal aliens!
