Update on ALIPAC's fight to Knock Out DACA Amnesty 2018

Our Phase 1 certified poll about Amnesty has been delayed by factors beyond our control, but we hope to have the full results to share soon. Our initial results are very encouraging!

Special thanks to each of you who has (Donated) to help us afford this poll. Our operations budget is now severely strained by this expense so please keep those contributions coming into www.ALIPAC.us

It is very likely the U.S. Senate, and possibly the House as well, will vote on Amnesty bills next week in the run-up to the Feb 8 deadline by which McConnell promised Schumer a vote on DACA Amnesty.

The Trump administration did not roll out their Amnesty plan on Monday as originally expected.

Instead, Trump promoted Amnesty for 1.8 million illegals (3 times Obama's DACA Amnesty) in the middle of his State of the Union address where the information was surrounded by positive information Americans like to hear.

This is the same strategy as with the bill. Just like past Amnesty bills, the elites plan to make a lot of promises for a wall and legal immigration reductions that Americans want to hear to get the Amnesty through they want.

Since the speech was very popular and because Congress is now out of town, we are pushing back our very intense operations to stop Amnesty to next Monday, Feb 5. Also, the feds may be about to release the bombshell FBI memo, which is likely to dominate the nation's attention for the next few days.

Here at ALIPAC, many of us have been fighting Amnesty bills for 14 years since 2004.

In fact, we have played a decisive role in defeating Amnesty legislation in DC 5 times in 14 years!

So we know how the open borders faction operates.

I made a post on social media last night which I want to make sure all ALIPAC supporters hear and have a chance to share with others...

I'm certain if an Amnesty compromise bill passes, Amnesty for illegals will happen, but Americans will never see a wall built or immigration levels curtailed. Those just promises to get you to not fight the Amnesty! -- William Gheen of ALIPAC

There are many more reasons backing up on my opinion on this, but here are the top three!

    1. The current bill framework outlined by the White House delivers immediate Amnesty to 1.8 to 4.5 million illegals, but the provisions promising a wall and reductions in chain migration and visa lotteries do not kick in for 5-10 years later!

    2. In the December 2010 Dream Act Amnesty that ALIPAC delivered the knock out blow to, I discovered a clause in the bill - buried in the middle where people were least likely to notice - that would allow the Department of Homeland security to waive all of the limitations and enforcement promises in the bill and apply the Amnesty to all illegal aliens in America. Shortly after we released that info, support for the bill in the Senate collapsed, and Sen. Dick Durbin was crying at the podium accusing ALIPAC of lying about his precious Dream Act bill.

    3. The 1986 Amnesty under Reagan, combined with NAFTA & CAFTA trade agreements, created the current illegal immigration crisis in America where we now have 20 million illegals! In the Reagan bill, the enforcement promises never fully materialized but the Amnesty quickly took place. While the legislation said it was a one time Amnesty for 1 million illegals, it was eventually applied to 3 million and the promises of a secure border and I-9 system to stop illegals from working jobs were never implemented in a way to stop more illegals from entering and operating in America.

So our game plan is to build up strength between now and Monday and then come out with Phase 2 of our 3-part Knock Out DACA plan.

It is very likely the U.S. Senate, and possibly the House as well, will vote on Amnesty bills next week in the run-up to the Feb 8 deadline by which McConnell promised Schumer a vote on DACA Amnesty.

So please do your best using phone calls, emails, and social media posts to get other to join and donate to ALIPAC.us between now and Monday when we will need to come out swinging against Amnesty as hard as we can!

PS: Special thanks to our Treasurer Bev for her hard work compiling our FEC reports due by Midnight last night. We could not operate without her help, and her dedication to our issue and organization makes our fight possible.
