It has come to our attention that you may be considering voting Yes on Cloture for the Dream Act Amnesty, which might allow it to become law.

We implore you not to do this as passage of the Dream Act Amnesty would eventually bestow voting rights to millions of illegal aliens under the age of 30-35 that merely claimed they are that age, claimed they were brought here as children, claim they plan to join the military or go to college, etc...

Most people in America and the entire Western Hemisphere of the Earth are aware that A. The US Federal government has little to zero immigration enforcement credibility at this time. B. The Dream Act Amnesty is a sucker play using children to pass an Amnesty for 12-20 million illegal aliens and that C. If illegal aliens are given what they want and become a new voting block in America our borders will be permanently destroyed as tens of millions of Americans are further displaced in our jobs and our ballot boxes.

The destructive and highly negative consequences of the passage of Dream and Comprehensive Amnesty plans are so dire for innocent American citizens, and the waiving of existing Federal laws to accommodate mass lawlessness and millions of violators is so dire that many Americans are using the term TREASON to describe those pushing this legislation which most Americans oppose.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC represents the super majority of Americans who oppose any path to citizenship for illegal aliens, regardless of that propaganda you have been fed by the expensive lobbyists in Washington, who are trying to convince you to betray the American citizens you serve by voting to pass the Dream Act Amnesty.

Please identify your position for or against the nationally destructive Dream Act Amnesty, so we may bring our 2012 campaign and candidate efforts early.

Forty four Dream Act Amnesty supporters lost their seats on Nov. 2, 2010, while no new Amnesty supporters were elected. Most were replaced by candidates who specifically stated their opposition to Amnesties like Dream.

Rasmussen polling shows 59% of Americans oppose the Dream Act concept while on 22% support it.

We plan to support you if you oppose Dream Act Amnesty and begin planning your removal from office in 2012, if you support this betrayal of America.

We can assure you that by election day 2012, every voter in your race will know if you stood for American citizens or if you stood with foreign powers against the best interest of our nation.

We want a new Congress where those who are responsible for this invasion of our nation, the non enforcement of our existing border and immigration laws, and the pushing of Constitution defying Dream and Comprehensive amnesty legislation are properly investigated by blue ribbon commissions and special prosecutors and put on trial, so that justice can be served for those who have cost so many American jobs, taxpayer resources, and lives.

If you reward illegal alien families with Dream or Comprehensive Amnesty, you will destroy any hopes of future border or immigration law enforcement and bring wave after wave of tens of millions more illegal aliens into America.

Please oppose the Dream Act Amnesty and tell those pushing you to betray your nation that you have decided to stand with America and Americans against this nation destroying agenda and plan to displace tens of millions of American voters and workers.

Abandon this consideration of Amnesty and stand for the gradual and humane enforcement of America's existing border and immigration laws instead. Otherwise, Congress is powerless and meaningless and serves only as a rubber stamp to what has been made fait accompli by extra Constitutional powers and the Executive Branch.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to vote yes or no on cloture for the Dream Act, so we can begin our campaign operations in your election.
