Scalia's Death Casts Shadow Over Supreme Court Decision on Obama's Amnesty

Scalia's Death Casts Shadow Over Supreme Court Decision on Obama's Amnesty

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC has fought hard to oppose Obama's clearly unconstitutional amnesty orders for illegal aliens until the U.S. vs. Texas court case could be heard by the Supreme Court.

Now that the case has reached the highest court in the land, illegal aliens and their supporters may win due to the impact of the death and empty seat of Judge Antonin Scalia who was a strict constitutionalist expected to vote against Obama's actions. ALIPAC contends that Scalia's death and absence and the inappropriate way his death was handled may now cast the odds in favor of those who back Obama and his immigration orders.

"The Supreme Court is about to decide whether the US is a functioning republic with division of powers and elections and laws that matter, or if we are a totalitarian dictatorship where presidents decree law!" said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "Obama's amnesty decrees violate the Constitution in a way even school children can understand. He has implemented policies by memo that duplicate federal immigration reform amnesty legislation that our organization helped defeat in Congress four times in the last ten years! His orders clearly violate existing US laws that make it illegal to encourage illegals to enter the US and laws that prohibit employers from hiring illegals. Obama's deferred action immigration orders nullify existing laws, Congress, and the outcome of US elections that established our current immigration laws."

If the Supreme Court splits 4-4 on U.S. vs. Texas, then that would mean the lower court's orders by Judge Hanen stand and Obama's violations of the Constitution have been overturned by the courts. But even then, Obama's repeated abuses of power suggest his support for illegal aliens invading America may continue!

"The unexpected, unexplained, and uninvestigated death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia has cast a chilling shadow over the remaining conservatives on the court who might also oppose Obama's unconstitutional immigration orders. While the court is now split 4-4 between conservatives and liberals, two of the remaining conservatives have caved to the leftists on major policy matters such as Obamacare and gay marriage" said William Gheen. "The chances are high that Scalia's suspiciously timed death has already thrown control of the Supreme court to the socialists for the first time in America's history. And even if the court upholds the lower courts findings that Obama violated the Constitution, Obama may continue his abuses of power because the GOP leaders in Congress like Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell have his back on immigration issues."
