There is NO problem with our current immigration laws. There IS, however, a problem with DHS and ICE enforcing those laws. The fact remains that neither agency is making a diligent effort to enforce our immigration laws. Interior investigations of companies that hire illegal aliens are sadly lacking and penalties are too lenient. Companies and the personnel who are responsible for the illegal alien hiring practices have been allowed to get away with it for decades, with minimal penalties for violating the laws governing the hiring of illegals.
My suggestion is to make penalties that are painful, both in the financial arena and the imprisonment arena. Fines for hiring illegal aliens should be of a size that a company will be severely damaged by the amount.
For example:
Company fines--First offense, fines of $100,000.00 per illegal alien hired.
Second offense, fines of $500,000.00 per illegal alien hired.
Third offense, fines of $1,000,000.00 per illegal alien hired.
Personnel convictions for hiring illegal aliens--
1st offense, 5 years in a federal prison, no probation and no parole.
2nd offense, 20 years in a federal prison, no probation and no parole.
As far as the illegal aliens currently in this country, most of them have ignored opportunities to become "legal" through a number of amnesties that have been offered since the first one in 1986. This shows me that they are not serious about becoming American citizens; but only interested in a paycheck that they can send back to their home countries.
Why should they be given a break and placed at the head of the line for citizenship when there are millions of foreigners who are dutifully filling out the proper documents, following all of the legal steps and patiently waiting their turn to become American citizens? THEY SHOULDN'T!!
The illegal aliens who are here should be given 30 days to leave the country and go back to their home country and apply for citizenship just like the ones who ARE following our immigration laws. If they refuse to do so and are apprehended, they should be instantly deported without any chance of appeal and should be prohibited from entering this country for at least 10 years.
Birthright citizenship should be discontinued for children whose parents come to this country just to obtain citizenship for the child to be born here. The 14th Amendment was never meant to provide citizenship to children of illegal aliens. The 14th Amendment was meant to provide citizenship to the children of slaves who were brought here against their will.
Many of you mustn't have seen/heard the same debate as me and my family. We heard Mitt Romney loud and clear and were very disappointed in Bachman! I want Mitt Romney to continue down the path and tell America that he will enforce the existing laws and deport all ILLEGAL ALIENS, period! I am tired of all the anti-Americans out there that won't tell it like it is. ILLEGAL ALIENS MUST BE DEPORTED and future immigration numbers must be reduced drastically. We don't need foreigners coming into the United States to fill the "void" in certain jobs; we need to educate our own to fill this "void". Remember, we have at least 9 out of 100 Americans looking for work!!!

NONE of these candidates will do what is necessary to stop illegal immigration...NONE 1) the 14th amendment does NOT grant citizenship to children of Foreign ambassadors or children of Illegal aliens, there must be one parent who is a legal U.S. citizen. U.S. Supreme court cases demonstrate this CLEARLY. In the last election, not ONE Republican candidate stood up and even mentioned this fact. Moron Republicans even said the 14th amendment needed to be changed! Had ONE candidate stood up and told the truth, we could have won the Senate, and when that candidate won the Presidency, illegal immigration would have been a thing of the past, and the 100's of BILLIONS we the taxpayers pay for illegal immigration EVERY year, would be saved, legal Americans would displace the illegals and have jobs, and the economy would finally turn around. The U.S. economy will NEVER turn around until illegal immigration is dealt with the RIGHT way, deport all of them and send Mexico, the 34th largest economy in the world the bill. Why do not the Republicans stand up and tell the truth instead of this chorus of dummies dodging the truth? Corporate America will not support any candidate that removes their cheap labor, reduced payroll ignorant workers...All about the money. I was not surprise about last night's debate. This has been going on for years. Of course they don't want to say the D word. They have successfully allowed enough illegals into our country.
We have spanish-english everything now, we have illegals invited into our capitol to let us all know they can be president someday, they dont have to follow any laws and get away with it, they have special education benefits that our own citizens dont get. They have just about taken over everything. Say a big thank you to your representatives who have let this go on for so long that they now have got presidential candidates bowing down to them.
Just the Hispanic are 16% of the population. But only 6.8% of them vote. Only 38% of those vote R.
In real numbers based on 100 voters. 16 are Hispanic, 1.088 vote, .41 vote R. Thats who OUR representatives care about now.
You have to be very careful to watch out for the pay a fine/touch back policy.
When they say things like guest worker program, it's code for pay a fine or go to the border and come back.
The immigration policy is get out and you don't get to apply to come back for 10 years. That's the existing law and that should be enforced.
If they are not willing to enforce existing law to the fullest extent of the law the minute their hand hit the Bible they swear in on, then we don't need to elect them President of the United States.

Operation Wetback in action. The effort began in California and Arizona in 1954 and coordinated 1075 Border Patrol agents, along with state and local police agencies. Tactics employed included going house to house in Mexican-American neighborhoods and citizenship checks during standard traffic stops.
Some 750 agents targeted agricultural areas with a goal of 1,000 apprehensions per day. By the end of July, over 50,000 illegal aliens were caught in the two states. An estimated 488,000 illegal aliens are believed to have left voluntarily, for fear of being apprehended. By September, 80,000 had been taken into custody in Texas, and the INS estimated that 500,000 to 700,000 had left Texas of their own accord. To discourage illicit re-entry, buses and trains took many deportees deep within Mexican territory before releasing them.
Tens of thousands more were deported by two chartered ships: the Emancipation and the Mercurio. The ships ferried them from Port Isabel, Texas, to Veracruz, Mexico, more than 500 miles to the south. Some were taken as far as 1000 miles. Deportation by sea was ended after seven deportees jumped overboard from the Mercurio and drowned, provoking a mutiny that led to a public outcry in Mexico.[1]

The most ridiculous response from the candidates came from Ron Paul when he said... I don't want to fence our border because our government could use it to fence US in.
I was all for Ron Paul for years until I heard his open border policy, that is my number one issue.
Obama wants to spend $450 Billion on an American Jobs package that will hire non Americans. When we have an American Jobs bill that will not cost anything, Fine the companies and people hiring and renting to illegals $10K a day from henceforth and $5K for every one they've ever hired in the past, the illegals will go home, the ones that don't face stiff penalties and deportation after that, then we charge Mexico for the bill.
This would create 3 million jobs in 3 to 6 months, be a lighter burden on our finances which helps the deficit, and it makes wages increase which the gov gets more tax money on. The cost of Health Care instantly goes down, the doctors and hospitals would be cutting cost just to get some business.
But instead of deporting the criminals in favor of the American People, these criminal politico's would rather drive over Americans with the unlicensed illegal driver.
I have a pdf that shows the serious crimes committed in May of 2011 by illegal immigrants, most are very serious. The list goes into detail about the crimes they have committed, there are 650 just for the month of May 2011, this is just the more serious crimes, not counting the petty crimes and the violations the police just overlook.
If you were to assume with all violations there would be at least 2,000, just for NC just in May of 2011. Multiply this by 12 months = 24,000 violations just for NC, times that by 50 states and you have 1,200,000 violations, or 390,000 serious illegal offenders (1 in 30) that hurt other people, namely Americans and American Children, if the politico's say there are 12 million illegals here, that means that almost 10% are common law criminals and 3.5% are serious criminals, not counting the ones that don't get caught. and of course because they are here illegally they are criminals anyway, so that makes 100% of illegals here criminals, but supposedly only a handful are bad. PUKE!
Their rebuttal is...well, most Americans have a brush with law enforcement sometime during their lives, yeah but when we get pulled over for speeding, we have a drivers license, insurance and we own the car.
And the rebuttal is pure crap because when the police overlook illegals it gives them more time (a disproportionate amount of time) to target Americans. If the illegals petty crimes were not overlooked there would be no time to harass, hassle and and selectively look for Americans breaking the law. So when they use these stats which are probably 2 X what they really print because half of them are not even stopped, they are using bogus stats.
So, I think I'm going to send this post with the pdf attached to every political candidate so they can see what is going on, although they already know what is going on, they overlook it too, just like the police do. The politico's are simply criminals at this point. All paid off by International Corporations, this is the NWO class of 2012.
I knew America was dead about 2003 after the huge illegal invasion in Charlotte, NC. I was right on the front lines, I knew something was going on after 2001, I knew there was no way in hell the politico's didn't know what was going on., it was all over TV for Gods sake. That was before the PC crowd took over the government and all the public institutions of education and media. I immediately went from a Bush supporter, to a non supporter. The gov criminals were putting businesses that refused to hire them out of business (let it happen) left and right. The new illegals were getting $3 an hour under the table, and I was paying my guys $14 to $30 an hour. Then we are led to believe the illegal invasion had nothing to do with the housing boom and collapse. What do you think will happen if you let in 30 million illegals that need a place to live? rents and home prices will go up because the market saw a demand, and at the same time those illegals were driving down wages, so wages down home prices and rents up, what do you think will happen when these two cross, collapse, but NOBODY will link the two together like there is absolutely no correlation at all.
I used to call my Politico's weekly, emailed them used NumbersUSA and was a regular poster here at ALIPAC, but I saw what was going on and what is still going on, and that is that anyone who has any power to do anything at all IGNORES illegal immigration (we got one in the WH for Gods sake) like it doesn't exist. Even the lazy stupid people, many in my own family that have plenty to say on the subject won't do anything, they can FB all day and half the night and talk about all the things illegals have cost us but they WILL NOT FOR A MILLION DOLLARS call, email or use the most simplest way to something like NumbersUSA (this is not a Numbers USA ad). I just don't get it how people can complain about the illegals taking the jobs, using the welfare, using the schools, using all the things they cannot get and then REFUSE to do anything about it. I finally just told them to SHUT UP about it, if they were not willing to help remedy the situation, then just SHUT UP! So, I after about 5 years of this crap I got burned out because people would rather watch WWE or whatever it is than save their own friggin country. I went back to college, and am still going, I have a young son that is now in school and I am working and trying to take care of my wife that is being treated for Breast "C" (we don't say the C word here. So I'm just frustrated that all the international corporations are selling us out, and have sold about everything in the last 10 years that was American. I don't know how we are going to get this problem solved and it appears the solution for many of these politico's is to reward the bad behavior which as we know will lead to more of the same behavior, especially with free heath care and the other thing they want for the illegals which is free education, how are we going to survive this Communist world we are approaching? We basically have gov sanctioned racism against the white man, and it is all for what?
