RED ALERT! Violence errupts in LA! Please document and report.

    Supporters of ALIPAC:

We are receiving confirmed reports of clashes between police and illegal alien supporters in LA. It is just before nightfall and the action could escalate.

We need each of you in the S. CA area to take the following actions.

Please record all television and radio reports about this violence immediately. CNN is reporting this now on Anderson Cooper. Record that too because this story may not be there tomorrow.

We are being very cautious because last year, there were three major clashes with police and the Old Media refused to tell America.

    Details at...

Illegal alien riots break out in California during the night!
    http://www.alipac.us/modules.php?name=N ... e&sid=1188

We have seen the Old Media completely censor these stories or play them down without telling everyone the full truth.

We need any information you can gather.... how many arrests.

The latest info is that police had to fire rubber bullets at the illegal alien supporters because they were throwing rocks and bottles at police. Our info now says they are using gas to clear the street and Macarthur Park seems to be the hot spot.

We hope these clashes will stop soon, but there is a chance of escalation. Clashes with police have escalated to full scale spreading riots in LA and France in recent history.

Please document any information you can record from radio, TV, or the net.

Here is the info we have so far, but we are counting on our supporters in S. Cali to get us the real info quickly. We need eyewitness accounts and documentation and need to be wary of hearsay.

We also need you to monitor opposition websites and myspace accounts for any info on this.

We will follow up with everyone soon to keep you up to date as things unfold.

LOS ANGELES -- Officers in riot gear dispersed a crowd Tuesday afternoon that gathered in MacArthur Park as part of a rally organized to call for a path to citizenship for immigrants.

The march followed an earlier gathering in downtown Los Angeles that attracted about 10,000 people.

The march started Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of West Third Street and Vermont Avenue in Koreatown. Marchers headed east and south along the sidewalks to MacArthur Park for the rally.

Officers responded to reports of disturbances Tuesday evening at the park. Officers in riot gear cleared a crowd from the park.

Witnesses said rubber bullets were fired into the crowd. Witnesses said the police activity began after one of the marchers confronted an officer.

There were no reports of serious injuries.

The rally moved from the park to a nearby location.

Police said earlier Tuesday that they expected the march to be peaceful, noting that protest organizers met with Los Angeles police officials to discuss plans for the day.

May Day LA Demonstrations: Breaking News
Here’s the latest news into the LA-IMC newsroom as of 12:00 AM:

High school walkouts have been reported throughout the city at well over 50 different schools. Many other schools have been placed on lockdown.
The massive downtown march as started. Now estimated at 50,000+ and growing. Smaller feeder marches are steaming in from all directions into the downtown area.
Port workers are holding a rally in Banning Park near the harbor after forcing the Port authority to declare May Day a holiday thus closing the harbor.
Unconfirmed reports of a few arrests in the downtown area. Some students have been detained and returned to campuses. All events seem to be peaceful at this time. No reports of police violence.
5:20 PM: The Police is trying to break up the march at 6th street and Park View. The people refuse to leave, each side standing face to face. The Lawyer's Guild of LA is negociating with the police for a compromise. There are still about 50,000 people at McArthur Park.

Update: 6:20 PM, The police has sent tear gas into the crowd at Alvarado and 6th street. Thousands of people are panicking and running away. The police is also firing rubber bullets into the crowd. They have declared unlawful assembly to a mostly family crowd, in McArthur Park.

Police have encircled McArthur Park asking people to leave, but ironically they are not allowing anyone to leave if they want. There are reports of fires and LAPD beating. The mainstream media is out for lunch as none are there.

Please see the newswire for more details.

Protesters had surrounded a police vehicle and started throwing rocks and bottles at officers.

Police called for backup and began clearing the crowd in MacArthur Park.

Two Telemundo reporters and their crew were at the scene to report on the rally, one of many being held across the country. They were pushed out of the area by a crowd of protesters being driven backwards by a line of police officers.

Witnesses said rubber bullets were fired into the crowd. Witnesses said the police activity began after one of the marchers confronted an officer.

There were no reports of serious injuries.

The march in the park followed an earlier gathering in downtown Los Angeles that attracted about 10,000 people.

These people feel they have the right to come into our Country and commit any crime they can, but heaven forbid they get hit with a rubber bullet. They can cry me a river! They're lucky that's all they got!

If the weather permits, this Saturday we will be out with the Oklahoma Minutemen in Tulsa, Ok. I WILL have my camera and WILL RECORD for the world to see. Last year we were peaceful yet they were very vulgar and disgusting, this year I will have my camera. I pray the rain will stay away for this day!
