[Watch] Judge Jeanine, Buck Sexton – Obama’s Gitmo Terrorist Amnesty, Back To The Battlefield

Posted on 9 November, 2014 by Rick Wells

Judge Jeanine takes note of the most recent terrorist released from Gitmo, Fawzi al-Odah, asking former CIA officer Buck Sexton if Obama is so determined to close the prison that he is going to go ahead regardless of the consequences. Obviously, it’s a common knowledge that Obama doesn’t care about the security of the American people, but it gets the conversation started.
Sexton refers to the infamous flexibility of Hussein Obama as to one of the reasons why he is more brazen in his accommodation to the Gitmo prisoners.
They discuss the negatives of moving the Gitmo prisoners to facilities within the United States, including regional attacks and added security measures. They don’t mention the threat to those working as guards in the facility or their families but that is another added concern which doesn’t exist at the present.
Inmates would also be afforded additional legal protections that they do not presently receive. Judge Jeanine says that her concern is that the detainees could even be released at a local bus station, under civil procedures rather than military.
Sexton also notes that there is a group of individuals at Gitmo for whom the only evidence against them is classified and would not be publicly available in a trial. It is unclear how the government would handle a prosecution of such individuals.

Judge Pirro raises her concerns that a congratulatory Tweet was sent by the Khorasan group prior to the release of al-Odah and prior to the information being made public, an obvious indication that they have an intelligence capability and sources within the federal government.
They discuss the negative effects that releasing these terrorists has on the American people and their security as well as the benefits that our enemies realize. At a minimum there is the propaganda value as well as the 30 percent recidivism rate of returning to the battlefield.
She describes the propaganda message as being either the U.S. knows it’s wrong or that they have a friend in the White House. Obviously in the battle against Islamic butchers the United States is not wrong and the terrorists know who their friends are.
