2 Legislative actions that need support

Apologies if this has already been posted
H.ADMT.3396 adds $3500 to the H-1B visa fee, the money is to go to remedy the effects of globalism on fired US workers (workers forced to train H-1Bs before being fired). The fee is supposed to go to educational remedies for US citizen victims of globalism.

Non-immigrant, "you owe us your jobs," anti-American lobbiests of the Immigration Voice website intend to put a stop to this.

"Our workers need an updated TAA program to fit the new
economy," said Representative Adam Smith (D-Wash) in a statement
issued by the House Ways and Means Committee. Rep. Smith has
teamed with Chairman Rangel and other Ways and Means Members on
previous Democratic TAA legislation. The current program does
not assist service-sector employees including software engineers
and customer-service employees or trade-impacted communities in
    general.

The President has vowed to veto the bill.

The Administration strongly opposes the provisions in the bill
that would significantly expand TAA eligibility to include
workers not demonstrably affected by trade. Specifically, the
bill's industry-wide eligibility determinations would fail to
distinguish between layoffs related to trade and those due to
domestic competition, technology change, or other factors, as
conditions for firms within industries vary widely.

WashTech/CWA has been championing the expansion of TAA to
service sector workers for years, and testified before the House
Ways and Means Committee in June.

H-1B Members of the SUBVERSIVE anti-American Immigration Voice website (from India) lobby organization are petitioning their elected officials to oppose both. These H-1Bs would not have to pay the additional $3500 visa fee anyway, since that fee is borne by their body shop then billed to the US employer. Yet they are petitioning their elected officials to oppose it.

What part of "We don't owe our jobs to India" are you unable to understand, Senator?

I would have phrased it, "they are petitioning OUR elected officials" since at best a few of them have green cards and most are here on temporary work visas. When they went to Washington, one of their big activities was to visit OUR legislators. How easily could you get in to see yours?

I agree with you in principle and legally; however, most of the senate serves the H-1B handler corporations (the body shops of Bangalore) to the detriment of real constituents. The net effect is that H-1Bs (actually their handlers and lobby firms) become the real constituents (except close to an election). Sen John Cornyn, and Hillary Rodham, have already sold out to them.

    Hi BetsyRoss,

I owe you better clarification. We (US Citizens) are the real constituents. Elected officials who cater to the desires of illegals and to non-immigrants and their handlers, cause us to become disenfranchised.

Sen Hutchison has been voting according to the desires of the National Communist La Raza (ie. the dream act ), and the anti-American lunatic fringe H-1B handlers (NASSCOM, Tata, The Friends of India Caucus, and the immigration voice).

Why would any sane person repudiate constituents?

    Bribes?
    Blackmail?
    disdain toward US citizens?

I don't have the links handy; when elected officials go on their junkets to India, ostensibly to tour Tata and the various body shops, they return brainwashed and totally dedicated to India.

All very true and dismaying. Their relationship with our government is closer to ours. Our government always seems to think that if we lose our job, we can just go out and find another. Not when whole industries leave.

Need to add some more possible reasons for treason.

    puppet of the Trilateral Commission
    puppet of the Bilderbergs

Sen Kay Bailey Hutchison voted FOR the dream act AMNESTY bill.
    *
The Dream Act Amnesty Bill, supported by Sen. Hutchison, would send billions of our hard earned tax dollars to drug dealers, illegals, the dangerous MS-13 street gang, and to H-1B Non immigrants from India.

*Just as the Bank of America flys the flag of Mexico, this US Post Office displays the flag of India, while illegally employing foreign nationals to federal civil service jobs!
