    NJ: Thoughts on Tom Tancredo

Thoughts on Tom Tancredo from New Jersey anti-illegal immigration activist:
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

In our Newark press conference my biggest and most exciting moment was picking up congressman Tom Tancredo at the airport with ___, and ___ and ______.

Picking up Mr. Tancredo and Bay Buchanan at Newark Airport was an honor to me.

My admiration for this man who has been out there for many years now protecting our laws and bringing awareness to the problem of illegal aliens is very high.
This man who like no other congressman besides Sensenbrenner is out there taking so much time out of his life to protect the citizens of the US, just simply amazes me.

I believe that a man like Tom Tancredo should be our next president of the United States.

We picked him up in a 15 passenger van, ____ was driving and ___ and us sat there just waiting for Mr. Tancredos arrival. Finally we thanked God that his plane was right on time. But when I saw this man standing there waiting for us at terminal C, I was so proud and I even got goosebumps when I first spotted him I was so proud that I had the honor of picking him up and riding with him.

My husband and I sat all the way to the back so that our "next President of the Us" would not have to struggle getting into our van.

I made a comment to him, I said "our next President of the US sits in the front" he looked at me and smiled and said thank you.

In the past I had met Tancredo in Washington but I did not get too much of a chance to really talk to him.

But this time I stood right next to him while he spoke, I was so proud I wanted ___ my husband to pinch me, so that I would know this was not a dream, I stood by congressman Tom Tancredo and when he becomes our President I will certainly say Wow I know the President of the US personally and he knows me, what an honor!! This man has what every other politician should have, courage, patriotism, and concern for America's future. Thank You Mr. Tancredo, you are a real blessing to us the American people. Anyone who stands for our country first rather than foreigners invading our country has my deepest admiration.

What and where is the Granny Rally? I'd love to attend that one to see him again. As far as I'm concerned he's Heaven sent - our gift from God.

I'm not sure he's going but Michelle Malkin and Laura Ingrahm are invited and so are border friendly politicians. It's at Three Points Arizona on Oct 6.

I still don't have particulars. When I get them, anyone interested PM me.

    Campaign Spending

Through June 30, 2007, Tacredo's Presidential Campaign has spent over $2.2 million, or more than 3 times what Ron Paul's has spent. It's unclear how much of that $2.2M went to funding candidates to defeat Lindsey Graham, Chuck Haigel, or Mark Craig.
