GWINNETT COUNTY, GA (CBS ATLANTA) -Gwinnett County police arrested three Norcross High School students in connection with a rape.

On Sept. 28, police said an adult woman went outside a restaurant at 6200 Buford Highway in unincorporated Norcross with three teens to smoke.

Once outside, police said Victor Cruz-Ramirez, 16, Marvin Leonel Sanchez, 16, and Kevin Dominguez, 18, attacked the victim and dragged her into some bushes behind the restaurant.

According to police, the teens beat the victim with their fists and took turns sexually assaulting her.

Following the assault, the victim made her way to an apartment complex near the restaurant where residents provided help and called police.

The victim was taken to a local hospital and sexual assault center for evaluation.

Using information provided by the victim and others at the restaurant the night of the attack, Special Victims Unit detectives were able to identify the three suspects and they were arrested Thursday.

All three suspects were charged with rape, aggravated sodomy, aggravated battery, kidnapping and false imprisonment.

Dominguez is in custody at the Gwinnett County Detention Center without bond. Cruz-Ramirez and Sanchez are charged as adults, but are in custody at the Gwinnett Regional Youth Detention Center due to their age.
