The thing Democrats apparently fear most is a free and fair election with voting rights integrity ensured through voter IDs. You know, IDs – those things people use to drive a car, get credit, sign up for public welfare… pretty much anything?
Apparently, voting is not important enough to secure IDs for, even though we vote nationally only once every two years and are stuck with representatives who seem to think they can do whatever they want in between elections.
Never mind that voter ID laws in Indiana and Georgia corresponded with increased minority turnout, and Texas’ voter ID law came with increased off-year elections turnout in 2013. According to the likes of Joe Biden, these laws are evidence of “hatred” and “zealotry.” Gonna put y’all “back in chains,” right Joe?
States that have implemented voter ID laws have made them free for impoverished voters, thus negating one of the Democrats’ arguments that money is a barrier to voting. And since far less than 1% of all registered voters attain a free voter ID, the Democrats are just coming up with excuses not to ensure voter integrity.
So let’s go to the most frequent excuse Democrats use not to support voter ID laws: they’re rrrraaacccciisssssttt. So how do voter ID laws disproportionately affect those with black skin? Because they’re not smart enough or interested enough in the voting process to get a free voter ID? I think that’s “racist.”
In case this doesn’t register with people out there who aren’t used to someone actually retorting to Democrats on this bogus point, let’s listen to Congressman Trey Gowdy nuke it out of existence:



It’s the Democrat Party that continues to this day to imply that blacks are inferior to whites. Conservatives have always believed that anyone who puts his mind to succeeding can do it in a free country; it’s the Democrat Party that says “no you can’t” through its condescending messaging and its insistence that people are too incapable or too dumb to make it on their own without dependency on the government.
