87 days for SB 1070 to pass into law...

    Video and news article below...

Our new law in Arizona has to stand the tests for 90 days from Friday. There is a lot of chatter but the arguments and legal ease sound good in support of the State laws mirrored interpretation of the Federal 287g law wish encourages States to participate...Which is what Sheriff Joe has been saying all along...his men take a Federal 6 week course in immigration law.

Proponents claim discrimination, civil rights violations and inadequately trained personal as chief reasons for De legitimizing the law... However...these claims will not stand the legal ease test as Joe states in the video found in the news article explains.

We just have to keep our fingers crossed and hope all works out and ObamaNation does not executive order over all state and federal law with yet another Presidential Order. I think that is the only way this legislation could be over ridden or past over this time.

Proud and happy to be an Arizonian...today...

The law goes into effect 90 days after the current legislative session ends,
which is expected to be sometime in early May.
