"The right of a small town in Missouri to deal with the cost and crime caused by the influx of illegal aliens has been upheld by a federal judge who ruled the community's ordinance penalizing local companies that hire undocumented workers is not pre-empted by federal law, does not discriminate against Hispanics and does not violate due-process rights or state law."

I am going to.......And, I suggest others do so as well..........

Send all of these articles to my senators and Reps!!!

I am going to say........As illegals are kicked out of states who have begun to enforce their laws, they are going to be heading for sanctuary cities/states-----what are you going to do to stop it?????

Does anyone have a copy of Oklahoma's ruling to post here as well----so that it can also be sent to senators and Reps???

I just drove up through the streetside "hiring halls" and they were flooded with guys hanging around waiting for day jobs. I'm sure with warmer weather approaching we are going to see a lot of them here. Aren't there any loitering laws that would have an effect? I checked my city's code: I'm not sure that there is a loitering statute (some have been declared unconstitutional) but we do have "sit or lie" ordinance. These guys are invariably standing; but I will check the state statutes also.

Well, if this law can hold up to Ninth Circuit scrutiny it should hold up anywhere!!! Right?

Why don't you post this as a thread? OK is a separate State and others might not know it's buried on this thread?
